Good texture
These gummies are good because they aren't the kind that get all crammed inside of your teeth. They're a pretty good consistency and they taste fantastic. I was surprised how fruity they were because it's almost like eating fruit snacks. No jitters or shaking with these neither. Started about 2-3 weeks ago and down 4 pounds. Avoid this and save your money. It does not act.
I used the bottle of 90 gummies. I took 3 gummies twice per day. I lost nothing. It did not increase my metabolism or suppress my appetite. It is just another un-efficient item on the shelf. I feel sorry for the money I spent on it. I don't recommend it to any one.

    Product was half melted
    Half the bottle was melted!! But, the store was out of stock had to order!! This product is to expensive to be melted!! You all need to come up with a better way to mail in the summer !! Because I'm am disabled and don't drive feel I deserve a refund or a new bottle !! I do love this product and was very disappointed!!!

    You can do without this. To each their own.
    You can lose weight without this. It hasn't done much for me yet. People say it tastes like dirty socks or whatever else. But what are you guys? Like five years old? Haha, it wasn't terrible. Mostly fruity, sugary and not bitter. Of course there's a hint of something else in there, but nothing too crazy. The gummies do stick together, so go in with a spoon or something and dig it out. No big deal.

    Jumpstarted my weight loss! I have been the same weight the past year! My little sister told me about these and how they helped her lose 30pounds. So I have used them for two weeks and am finally losing weight so far 7 pounds! For me that's a lot since I made no progress the past year. It feels good to see the numbers in scale go down.

    The taste is horrible it makes u wanna poke but I take 3 gummies smash them together and chew them REAL FAST I'll be back and let u guys know if I lose weight. Do I recommend this to a friend? Why not they do stop your appetite and make u not wanna eat
