Very nice product. I was impressed. Rubber grip on the handle, durable hinges, thick plastic. Worth the price.

Stay away! Latch does not work and maybe no return
The one plastic closure latch/mechanism does not work AT ALL, could not close the box no matter what. So when one takes the (empty) box by the handle, it hangs open. It came like that in the box, does not look broken, it simply does not work at all, terrible design. So disappointed. Also, no RETURN option for this article through Walmart. I have just messaged the seller (Office Depot) and I hope that they do the right thing.

    Just Right.
    Love these. I have 4. Water-tight. I can padlock them. I can stack them. I just wish they had them in a larger size also, for my wider important papers.

    Latch doesn't work.
    The box is nice but the latch doesn't work. After putting the latch on it won't snap closed. Since the handle is attached to the lid it opens when you lift it. I will have to return it unfortunately.

    I wish this file box was cheaper in price. However, I like it and it is suitable for home use and storage. I will probably want more in the future.

    Latch on the item would not work. Retailer sent a new one which works fine. Satisfied with the resolution and that the replacement works as designed.

    everything is ok with this item, the size, handle is very convenient and the storage compartment is also great. The only thing I dont like about it is that the lid comes off all the time and need to be clicking it back in place all the time. I bought it for my first grader to put her online learning materials and it does get a bit frustrating when she needs to be fixing the lid back in place.

    Will work for me.
    The lid and the latch come loose easily. They are also easy to replace. If My usage involved frequently opening and closing the case, I would find it annoying. It wont be a problem for my intended use or I would have given a lower rating.
