Terrible!!!
Terrible hot tub! Terrible heating system! Terrible company! I am disgusted I paid almost a thousand dollars for a piece of junk that won't even heat about 98 degrees- wish I could give zero stars!! Do not buy!!

    I have had this for two seasons now. It is easy enough for me to assemble by myself (a middle age woman with health issues!) in a matter of a couple of hours and it's ready to fill with water. it is simple to maintain as well. the beautiful thing is that you don't only have to turn the heat on and have a hot tub, on those hot summer days we turned the heater off and our grandkids call it the cool pool! it is also wonderful to cool off on those hot summer days and nights! we are at a seasonal campsite and have had several of our neighbors love this enough to want to get one themselves and I highly recommend it!. it has weathered two seasons of being inflated and deflated and I look forward to next year again. if you are okay with bodies touching then it most definitely will hold six adults. if you are a little fuller figured or don't want to play footsie with someone then I would say more like four to five people. all in all worth every penny. I bought a gazelle gazebo 10 ft to enclose it and it fits absolutely perfect for privacy and protection. I would recommend something like that to help extend the life of the hot tub.

    KNOWN FLAW IN THE PUMP!!! E90 Error DO NOT BUY!
    There is a known flaw in the pump system for this hot tub. The pump WILL fail. The ceramic impeller rod WILL break. I have looked all over the internet and it seems everyone is having the same problem. Intex won't provide replacement parts. You may be able to get them on EBAY. If you do find a replacement pump it will be at least $60 and will also break. Mine did. The best you can do to keep it going is to keep tearing it apart and replacing the rod. Mine lasted approximately 6 months. I found out it was broken when I got the tub out of winter storage. That's when I started my claim. 1 year and 11 days after the ship date (not the date I actually got it). After numerous emails and calls, claims issued and cancelled, I was told it was out of warranty and hung up on! I was shocked to say the least.
