Works wonders
I absolutely loved it. This lotion blew my expectations. My hands have been really dry lately due to constant hand washing (because of covid), to the point of making my knuckles bleed. I applied this lotion about 3-4 times within 8 hours and my hands showed significant improvement. I definitely recommend this product and for 97 cents, why not!?

Why did Jergens change the formula ?
I read through some reviews and I'm happy to see I'm not the only experienced Jergen's lotion user to notice a change in effectiveness from the old to the new formula. I too have been a loyal Jergens lotion user for over 25 years now and when I bought the new ultra healing formula I noticed a difference. Hands went dry in about 5 minutes. I have to keep re-applying but this was not the case with the old formula. I appended a photo of the old vs the new. I read through the ingredients of the old, also appended and compared to the new. I have now started searching for a lotion that works as Jergens used to. To Jergen's competitors... Copy the old formula and create your own "new" brand. Advertise it and watch how many consumers start using your product if Jergens won't go back to the old. I presume the idea of "more applications" is best for sales but not if consumers search elsewhere. P.S - I don't put much emphasis on reviews from consumers who never knew the old formula. Here are the ingredients of the advertised new Ultra Healing vs Jergen's old Ultra Care formulas. Ultra Healing : New INGREDIENTS: WATER, GLYCERIN, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, PETROLATUM, STEARIC ACID, C12-15 ALKYL BENZOATE, ALUMINUM STARCH OCTENYLSUCCINATE, DIMETHICONE, LAURETH-3, CETEARETH-20, DMDM HYDANTOIN, ALLANTOIN, METHYLPARABEN, ARGININE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, PROPYLPARABEN, CARBOMER, FRAGRANCE, PANTHENOL, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, LECITHIN, ALCOHOL, ASCORBYL PALMITATE, TOCOPHEROL. Ultra Care: Old (see pic attached.) Ingredients in old formula not listed in new formula. (see below).     Ultra Healing lotion!
    Jergens lotion is a must have! It repairs and heals my very dry skin! It does not leave your skin feeling greasy but it does leave it feeling moisturized ! It is made with vitamins C, E & B5 I definetly reccomend this brand !! Your skin will thank you ??

    Great for winter-dry skin!
    We use this especially when our skin starts to dry out when it gets cold, and it works great to moisturize and replenish dry, cracked skin, while providing important vitamins our skin needs!

    I received this as a stocking stuffer & have used every bit of it! I went right out and purchased a larger one! I bring it along in my purse because I wash my hands often and don't like them dry at all! This is a must have for me!

    Good moisturizer!
    I liked that this moisturizer really helps my dry skin! It feels very smooth and drys fast. I only wish the scent was nicer. It's not bad, but I personally prefer a sweeter scent. It's good for layering.

    NOTHING SPECIAL
    It gets the job done, but that's about it. My didn't feel any more particularly moisturized than when I use my other Jergens lotions. I am also not a fan of the scent, it smells almost like a medicinal skin ointment to me (if that makes sense??). Overall, it's affordable and performs its function as a lotion but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this again.

    I have been using this since years. I always use them all over my body after showers. And several times a day on my hands. It keeps my skin soft n keeps dryness away especially during falls n winters. I love the texture smell everything. 100% recommended
