Life saver
Bringing home my twins, I didn't know what to expect or how I was going to handle them sleeping safely in all areas of the house with a two year old running around. This is so spacious for both babies, high off the ground and super easy to use! A must for twin parents!

Misleading
I baught this thinking what a great deal for a twin nursery ! I was disappointed when I received and opened it up and all it is a net that clips onto a playpen and has some cheap plastic that divides the twins. Ridiculous .

    What a waste!!
    I'm not happy with this product at all!! My twins are 4 months and it has been used as a storage space this whole time. It bows in the middle. I brought my 2 week old preemies home and placed them in this bassinet. I went to the bathroom and came out 2 min later to one of them face down and unable to breathe!! Because it bowed and they had rolled over. Trust me a 2 week old preemie does not roll on their own. They are 4 months and not rolling. So I keep them in my bed because this isnt safe at all!! It also bunches up because the fitted sheet is so tight so it's not even comfortable for them. Its super hard to put the sheet on. The divider is flimsy. The detachable changing table is not something u can just easily take on and off. So for the past 4 months I use the changing table and store diapers wipes and rash cream on 1 part of the twin divider because this doesnt come with any diapering supplies caddy. Then the other side I store blankets. 2 separate bassinets wouldve been better because all twin bassinets I've come across now in the middle. This Is so bad i wont ever purchase another joovy product.

    When I got it the box was already open and they didn't knock on the door or anything. Isn't it supposed to come with the mattress.

    Description is deceiving
    I thought for the price I was getting an entire playpen for my twins, turns out it's literally just a top piece to a $200 playpen you have to buy separately. There's no fancy features or anything that drew me in for that price so I just returned the item.

    Can't secure mattress to the mattress support
    I like this but don't see any way to secure the mattress to the bassinet support, even though the directions say to do so (??). So right now the mattress is just laying in there and I don't know if that's safe or not.

    Expecting twins in 3 weeks and I am more then disappointed to find out that there was no play pen that comes with this. After calling customer support I was advised to go and purchase the play yard for a additional $115.00 definitely not worth it. I will be returning today.

    Loved this!
    This was perfect with the play yard when our twins were super small. They slept in this from newborn till about 4-5 months old. Once they started rolling around we moved them to their cribs.
