Let the creativity come out of your child!
The kit comes with the following: storage box, a 30 page scrapbook, 5 cards and envelope, 1 glue stick, 1 stencil, 2 sticker sheets, 2 punch out sheets, 50 sparkling gemstones, 1 CDS rom, 4 printed pages, 4 wooden stamps, 1 craft scissor, 5 designer markers, and instructions. As the holidays are approaching, this kit is great for kids of all ages, when traveling in the car or on the plane (take the scissors out before you go through the security). There is plenty to do and kids can let out their imagination in creating cards or scrapbook pages for the relatives or friends whom they're visiting. This is great also when the kids are on school break and have nothing to do in the summer. With so many different things in the kit, the child can have a “scrapbook” meet with his or her friends. The CD rom allows you to print out pages with designs or ideas. The kit is for kids 6+. All you need is just imagination or creativity!

Black mold on some of the stuff . I had this shipped to my niece. When she recieved it. It was sealed in plastic and molded. I emailed walmart but they have yet to get back to me.

    I have received TWO of these and both were damaged. The first was in a box with NO packing. It had two chips broken out. The second was in a plastic bag, the WHOLE SIDE WAS BUSTED OUT ! ! ! ! ! I have tried to speack to someone that might want to see the pictures and maybe do something about the way they are packed. No ONE seems to care.

    HOURS OF FUN FOR TWEEN & YOUNGER CRAFTERS
    I loved the pink and clear colored case with the ruler indented on the front side, it will never be lost unless the whole case is lost : ). I gave this DOODLE DISCO SCRAPBOOK AND CARD KIT to my crafting crazy granddaughter., her 1st words were "cool craft box " She then continued to take stickers, paper, envelopes, sparkling stones, scissors, glue, Stamps , a CD, colored markers, and did I mention the great the case to keep everything together. My granddaughter is now 7, she has been making cards since she could scribble with a pencil. She has been making cards for Mothers Day , Birthdays, Easter, Christmas , thank yous, you name the day and you can find her making a card, did I mention how much she loves this kit. She has just started using a inexpensive digital camera, she prints photos on her mom's printer and uses the fancy paper with the kit to scrapbook. Her mom has just started showing the creative things she can do using the CD that is included with the kit and with Mom's help. She has some very creative ideas for a 7 year old but , she also loves this kit and being creative. I could not find a stamp pad so used a child's water color set (NOT included in the scrapbook kit ) . We attempted to use the markers included in the kit but, was afraid we would run out of color in the little marker. If you add the watercolor kit to color the stamps and some extra paper , you can be sure the crafter will be busy for a long time. Enjoy

    I got this for my niece. She's 6 going on seven and loves to make things and paint, so I felt this would combine both. It's a large box! Very beautifully wrapped. You can see many of the projects and ideas thru the cover, which fits over a great carrying case that stores all the bits and pieces well. It can be used later for other things. There are wooden stamps, scissors, and many project ideas. It's made for a girl with all the pink designing. It will make her eyes pop.

    I was not happy or disappointed with this. It was as expected for what you would pay for it. It is a beginners scrap book and cards set. Has enough to make a couple things and then you are out of paper. It does come with 5 cards and envelopes, a glue stick, a CD-ROM, a stencil, 4 printed pages, a pair of scissors, a stamp, 2 sticker sheets, 2 punch-out sheets, 50 sparkling gemstones, and 5 markers, so even when the paper runs out they still have things to make cards and scrapbook with. I just pulled out more cardstock and paper and she continued to play for quite some time making cards for family and friends. I would suggest buying extra paper and cardstock so they can continue to play. Overall it was good for the price, just buy some extras to go with it.

    Beginner Scrapbook Kit
    The Doodle Deco Scrapbook and Cards by Horizon Group USA is a fun beginner scrap-booking and card creating kit. My arts and crafts early teen daughter was thrilled with the size and pink color of this large case, and also the fact that it has a carry handle. The case will easily fit under our bed or dresser. The case is roughly 3” deep and 13 ½ x 13 ½ around, and holds all that came in the kit with plenty of room to spare for additional scrap-booking / crafting material. The front part of the clear case has some raised stencil type; which is another fun way to create and design. This beginner scrapbook kit came with everything needed – small scrapbook, crafting paper, stickers, a stencil, markers, scissors, 4 stamps for stamping, a small bag of sparkly gems, and a glue stick – that we are not a fan of, and will pick up a repositionable glue stick from Walmart. This set also comes with a CD to create additional patterns to print for scrap-booking or card making. Of course, we have already thought of other crafting material that we will add to personalize this kit, but it is a good beginner kit. After reading the instructions and wondering where the stamp pad was, the suggested way of use for the included stamps is to use the provided markers. There is a detailed instruction sheet included on how to use the stamps this way. I think we may opt for an easier stamping method and pick up a stamp-pad from Walmart; however, the different color stamps that are demonstrated with the instructions is also cool, so we'll play around with the kit and see if we really want to purchase a stamp-pad. I highly recommend this item as a gift for that special early-teen young lady and or arts and craft personality in your life. The price is reasonable for the carry case, small scrapbook, and the scrap-booking materials.     Great gift for my niece.
    I got this as a gift for my 12 year old niece. She likes arts and crafts and is really in to making things herself so this seemed like something she would like. It was larger than I thought it would be and the case is really nice to keep everything together. There are many items to play with and they seemed to be of a better quality that I had expected. There is of course the scrapbook, some cards with envelopes, a decent pair of scissors, a glue stick, some markers, a stamp, some stickers, some little plastic gemstones and various other little items along with a CD-ROM that has things she can print out. She immediately went off with one of her friends to start working on this and even though I was not allowed to see anything after work started, I was told it was really fun to work on. Apparently the things a 12 year old puts in her scrap book are not the things uncles are allowed to see. :) In fact the other girl showed a lot of interest in it too and said she planned on asking for one herself. Overall I think it is a good gift as it was not only fun but also kept her active without looking at a screen for a while.

    This scrapbooking kit has everything in it for making cards and for all your scrapbooking needs. It is geared toward the young girls, but older ones may like it too. It has a scrapbook and cards and envelopes to get you started. It has scissors, markers, stamps and glue. There are also stickers and punchouts. Everything you need is in this box. The box is also a carrying case and storage for all your supplies. The outside of the case has a ruler and stencils on it that the little ones love. It also has a cd with it that gives you over 10,000 digital accessories. The case is large enough to add your own paper or other supplies for storage. The case is made of durable plastic.
