Crumbly, sticky, gritty
I had read that Kind bars are a high protein snackl And well, they are, compared to a candy bar. Based on that recommendation, I bought a box of them to see me through a move - the day before, the day of the flight, and the first day in my new home. At 2 g of protein per bar, they were NO substitute for a meal, not even one meal. On top of that, they were not so much "chewy" as gummy, and when you are on the move it's hard to brush your teeth after each bar. On top of that, the crunch appears to be from millet - not my favorite grain. The mouth feel was like soft-taffy-covered birdseed. And they crumbled readily. The one good thing I can say about them is that they do have a good FLAVOR...but it's not enough to overcome the flaws in texture and nutrition.

    Don't call it a bar if it doesn't stay together…
    The bar itself tastes fine… it's the fact that I have to become a vacuum to eat all of it. Isn't it the same as a Nature Valley bar then? Nope. At least with NV I can open the packet and expect either a bar I can hold or clusters. This one can completely come apart even before opening the packet.

    It literally crumbles when it is opened. I've eaten the blueberry vanilla ones for ages and it tends to do that but does hold together enough that you can eat it as a bar. Not this...strictly granola quality. Taste is..fair. I guess there is a reason I can't find the blueberry vanilla in the local store. Sigh...

    Deceptive packaging; mostly amaranth seeds
    Super disappointing; and no, they aren't expired. Good luck finding the chocolate nibbles (no 'chunks' found). These are dry and crumbly. Based on the protocol for companies to list ingredients by order of the most used to the least used (not so with this product), and based on the "chewy" descrip and the pic of several chocolate chunks, I tried these for the first time and was beyond disappointed. The pic looks nothing like the actual item, which rather than square w/countable chocolate chunks is more of a shapeless smear of mostly amaranth seeds, some oats

    Tasty but very Crumbly---SQUARE granola bars
    This is for the granola SQUARE bars. They taste great but are very crumbly! You don't dare eat them driving or along the trail because they fall apart. They are best crumbled into a bowl of yogurt.

    Dark chocolate chips are delicious!
    These dark chocolate chips in this GF bar are delicious.this multi 15 snack bar pack will keep you full. Anytime I am hungry I go over to grab this kind bar and it keeps me going and brings my energy level up. These are my favorite and I recommend

    I enjoy the chewy,filling goodness of Kind dark chocolete and thank you for the large 24 pack. I am diabetic and this is perfect for me to take with my insulin. you made my life better .Thank you

    I just found a 6" hair in one of these. I called Kind and they offered to send me vouchers for free product. Why on earth would I want MORE of these after I just ate a human's hair?
