Yummy without Guilt!
Yummy; I'm partial to Kind Breakfast Bars of any flavor. Relatively basic ingredients, low calories, filling as a breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack. (I usually have a pack (2 bars) for a light lunch. These, as usual, were delish.

Okay but their cereals are better
Fair combination of flavors and textures. The orange flavor unfortunately overwhelms the cranberry flavor. Fair amount of protein (3g) for the sugar content (10g) and calories (160). Nice snack option but not so much for a breakfast substitute. You would be better off eating Kind brand cereal instead.

    Great tasting healthy breakfast bar
    Glad to have found my favorite granola type bar at Wal-mart. Two other chains stopped carrying them. Great tasting orange flavor with a touch of cranberry. Not sweet. I dont care for all the other bars that contain chocolate and nuts. Too much like candy. Filling and healthy. Perfect size. Great for travel and the office.

    This is an amazing flavor combination and is gluten free too! So often GF products lack great flavor. This one does not. You wont be disappointed.
