    Shame the Change...
    Recently Kashi changed these bars, they used to look like the pictures on the boxes and advertisements: whole almonds, oats, ect . Now they seemed to be made from a mashed up recipe that compresses and smashes up all the ingredients to make a solid square bar. They are ok, just like the wholeness of the old bar better.

    Not the same product!
    I buy these bars from Pavilions or Ralphs but way more expansive. Walmart sells a knock off product since the colors on a package are not the same as other stores, the taste is far from what it must be - I will be returning it to the store!

    Great Trail Mix bars
    I like these trail mix bars because they can be taken with you for a quick something to have for a treat or a meal when you are on the go. With the nuts and raisins and more, they fill you up and satisfy the hunger.

    kashi granola bars
    These are the lowest calorie bar with the highest fiber and protin ever. Plus they are so good that when Harps stpped caring them Walmart sold out.
