Pretty playhouse
I bought this as a gift, was told its good quality and my nephew was inside it before it was even finished being set up. He loves it! It compliments the yard too. I had it shipped directly to his house and it didnt take long to arrive. All the pieces were intact. Makes for a great birthday gift.

The package arrived all ripped and house came all broken. It was to heavy to return in store and so I have to wait two weeks for them to pick it up. Looks like great quality just badly packaged and miss handled during delivery.

    More than adorable
    I absolutely adore this house. It is roomy and cute and I'm just so in love with it. I converted it into a chicken house. I love the overhang in the top as it is perfect for roosting. The double doors make cleaning and accessing it easy. I am 5'2" and have plenty of headroom when I walk inside and I can fully stand up with room to spare. It did take a bit of time and with my husband's help, we put it together in around 5 hours, but this is because we added hardware cloth to all the openings. We did have to seal the roof because it leaked after it rained, but it is nice and dry now that it has been properly sealed.

    If this product had a zero I would have given it a zero. This was delivered with the box tore up. Pieces hanging out on all sides. When asked for a replacement I was told I had to wait for a refund which takes 3 weeks then reorder it. It did not take them 3 weeks to take the money I don't understand why it takes that long to get my money back. Very frustrated. Do not buy

    Needs better packaging
    Looks cute, but the shipping quality is really poor. The pieces are just thrown loosely in this huge box, not protected at all. Just asking for things to get broken. Which is exactly what happened. They should package this more tightly so everything is secure.

    Fast delivery but came with Damages
    Fast delivery came with Damages VERY FAST delivery! BUT there were damages. A freight charge may need to be added to future deliveries to ensure the appropriate person with the correct told (pallet jack/dolly) delivers item without damage. Box was EXTREMELY heavy! Delivery girl was tiny. If my husband wasn't home I don't think she would have been able to get the box to our door. With that said, there were some damages. Before opening the box, there were obvious damages to the box itself. Hoping it was just the exterior of the box that was damaged, I opened and began to organize pieces. Unfortunately, damages were to the playhouse itself. While there is a "1 minute" video for assembly available, it's useless. Just go by the color, easy to folow instruction manual enclosed in the box. Not all holes are predrilled. After putting together playhouse the red and white along with the 2 different colors of stain i didn't like the red and white. it looked too busy and gave me anxiety just looking at it. so u painted everything red and white hunter green. i also painted the 2 benches in the patio area and the counter tops the same green. it changed the whole look and feel of the playhouse. If i am able to edit my review later, I'll add photos of my changes to the playhouse. We're in the process of building a platform/ flooring that the playhouse will go on extending the patio area so we can add her picnic table and join it to her clubhouse swingset.

    Not suitable for outdoors
    For the price I expected more! The recommended location says outdoor I do not recommend if you want it to last I'd put it indoors, the wood is to soft to even stand up to weed eater or normal kid traffic in there shoes and we even placed it on rubber pavers to keep it out of the grass to keep it nice I couldn't imagine what it would be like placed directly on the damp grass. We have only had it since may 3rd and it's only June 22 and this is the wear already and my daughter is only 2

    So cute, but needs mending before assembling
    The playhouse is very nice, perfect for a taller toddler with plenty of room inside for a table and 2 chairs. My grandson cant stay away from it! He runs to it first thing every morning and we have to coax him away for nap time. I give it 3 stars because, although it is of good quality, there were some boards that were splintered/cracking. We had to use wood glue to mend each piece. This took a day before we could start assembly.

    Very poor quality - came broken in five places
    Absolutely terrible. Came broken into five different places. Clearly very very poor quality. Would not recommend buying this for any children you care about. Also unfortunately Walmart did not make the situation right. Will not be buying anything again.

    Great playhouse!
    Overall, a really great playhouse. It would definitely be easier with 2 people, but I was able to mostly put it together on my own. Some parts need two people for sure but overall, not super complicated. There are a lot of assembly though, considering part of it is already put together. We gave it a fun makeover, which took extra time. I found it easier to paint the pieces before putting it together. Also, we wanted a front porch look instead of a patio like described in the instructions. It wasnt too hard, just when you get to those steps to set that up, you just do things a little backwards. But most of its the same, just what they describe for the back just put in the front! I will say, packaging was awful. Like the box was basically destroyed and taped back together. But no missing parts. There was a lot of wood splits but I didnt feel it affected the overall structure and we made it work! Overall, just follow instructions thoroughly and you should be good! My girls are loving it and overall Im happy!

    Do Not Buy! Very Cheaply Made!
    I purchased this when it was on sale for $325.00. Personally I do not feel it is even worth that much. I should have read the comments before I purchased this as I had the same experience. The box arrived damaged and there were a few broken pieces. My husband used some wood glue and it seemed to help except for the small roof part that was just too far gone. Putting it together was a pain as the wood is extremely dry and would crack easily. The doors have a gap in them and the front of the roof that attaches to the house is off centered a bit. We tried everything but couldn't get the roof on there straight. The kids love if of course its really roomy. If I had to redo it all over again I would not purchase this again! I have a feeling this house won't last the summer.
