The plastic on the tablet came broken with a little crack, and the box came broken and too, and when I tried to charge it, it never opened.

    Tablet came in a broken box, it was dead on arrival. I am trying to charge it to see if it works, but Im nervous that it might be damaged it came with extra cords a usb cord was hanging out the box.

    The volume doesn't work.... and their saying I can't return it because it's been 30 days... mind you it was a Christmas gift!!! Horrible not worth the money and even connected to the wifi it ran very slow

    Faulty product
    I ordered this for my son in November as a Christmas present. After he opened it, we spent a whole day trying to get it to charge but it wouldn't even power on at all. The user manual is also in very poorly translated English. I attempted to return it but of course the return window ran out while it was sitting under the tree as a Christmas present.

    Got this for my 3 yr old grandson. Doesn't work very well. You can barely hear it. Barely charges. Came with a bunch of apps already on it. Hope it can be returned. Very disappointed since this was his birthday present

    ***DO NOT BUY***
    Arrived in a damaged box, the factory screen plastic wasn't even attached to the screen as though it was just thrown together while packaging it, it wouldn't hold a charge, and kept freezing up. HORRIBLE product!
