It's not the same!! Changing brands!!
The last six bags of Kingsford charcoal I have bought burnt out extremely fast!! I thought maybe just a bad bag or two but the quality is nowhere near what it used to be! Not sure if they changed their process or what but I'm definitely not buying anymore. After 35 years of what used to be a great product I'm no longer going to put myself through this aggravation!! Good by Kingsford, time to find a new favorite!

    the charcoal is the best! Would be nice if the employees give you the 2 pack you pay for! It comes shrink wrapped as a 2 pack from Kingsford!! Walmart, don't cut them and short your customers.

    we purchased this charcoal for a brisket bbq. so we needed a lot of it. It was easy to light and had no issues adding more when needed without putting the other out.

    My husband loves to grill and when charcoal is needed, this is his go to. Kingsford doesn't take forever to get going in the chimney (unlike some others). You can get flavored varities but we opt to add our own wood chunks as desired.

    Great charcoal and fast service!
    I have used Kingsford Charcoal for years and it is great. I will not buy anything else! I use it for smoking fish and charcoal grilling. I was very pleased with the speed with which I received my order from Walmart. It was here three days after I ordered it and that is great service! Thanks

    An excellent source of BBQ fuel and wood chunks.
    Thank you for the timely delivery of Kingsford briquettes and Weber hickory wood chunks. We used a Weber Smokey Mountain 22" smoker for trial-tip beef and chicken leg quarters. They turned out excellent. Delivery, packaging, accuracy and price were outstanding.

    Kingsport is King!
    Grilling is easy and enjoyable thanks to Kingsport! The charcoal briquettes are a good size and cook food well on the charcoal grill. The food comes out smoky and perfect thanks to Kingsport. The price is affordable and it lasts awhile too. I highly recommend this to others!

    I placed an order for a pack of two 18lb bags and instead received a single 16lb bag and was still charged for the value pack of two 18lb bags. Also the charcoal bag I did receive had water damage on it.
