LOVE my new stove
I needed a new refrigerator and got it but the suite was so beautiful I got a new stove,dishwasher,and microwave as well. So happy I did. Especially love the steam cleaning feature.

Unused settings!
I was very disappointed with my purchace. I love the kitchenaid brand and although I read the reviews, I did not pay attention and bought this toaster. In setting 1, some breads are dark and others are not toasted at all. Toast is different on both sides. at the second time it burns the next bread. In the settings 2 more breads burn. I thought it was because of the type of bread, but when I bought other brand of bread, it still burnt.

    It is attractive, I like the beep sound when done. I was surprised it had a strong smell when it came. Sometimes I can still smell it. It seems to take longer to toast than my previous toaster and it's burned the toast a couple times. I am concerned the smell could be toxic chemicals used in manufacturing off gassing. But, I had that with an electric kettle and other items before. I would like household items and the materials used to be made in countries that inspect, test and have standards for safety.

    Bad product, no customer service.
    KMT2115 Bought this model 6 months. Horrible product. Never has toasted both evenly or consistently the same way when using the same setting. Every use is a complete shot in the dark. Now the lever won't stay down. It is now junk. 50 dollar toaster should last more than six months. Contacted kitchen aid twice via their web site and no one responds. Very disappointing. Will not be buying kitchen aid brand in the future on any appliance.

    The distance between the elements and the surface of the bread is so great that you need your morning wake up call to come an extra 10 minutes early so you'll have toast for breakfast and not warmed bread. This is in part because there needs to be enough room for a bagel, but the distance seems excessive and results in some vert slow toasting.

    No frozen setting.
    Nice and heavy. Hasn't burnt my toast but am considering returning as it does not toast evenly on both sides, acting as though it ONLY works on bagel.

    Toaster to be happy with.
    This is all you need, wide enough for bagels, heat setting that works and you don't have to toast twice. Power cord is just fine and long enough. did not even coiled it all out. If you limit yourself to features that you really need, there is less chance of something going wrong / not working one day anymore. I would recommend this toaster ! (and you get a chance to not buy everything at the one Retailer AMAZON. Their might may be becoming scary one day, ... if it is not already)

    I do not like this toaster very much, I guess I am used to the older ones, today they all seem kind of rickety. It is also slow to toast unless you turn it on high and then you have to watch it to keep it from burning.
