Do you like eating Wood?
This like most of the these cheeses contains cellulose powder. It is used as a filler So the manufactures can put less of the actual product you're paying for in the bottle. This filler is ground up wood! Some manufactures vary on the size of the particles there are actually some manufactures you can see Ashley chunks of wood craft uses a very very fine ground up wood so you don't notice it as much. Yuck

    Kraft excellence!
    Always fresh and real parmesan cheese. i grew up with it. it's a staple in my home, not just on Italian dishes. Try it on tomato soup, green salads and it's a must for stuffed artichokes and mushrooms!
