Great tool , easy to use
I think it works very well, I have been able to make a computer printer stand, a PC tower stand and a end table . The joints are very strong and sturdy . i am very pleased with my tool.

Use better materials
It's cheap plastic, as such the stops easily move. Even when clamping the stop will move and require you to reset the tool. Great idea, horrible execution.

    First Pocket hole Jig I got
    I had seen the Kreg Pocket hole idea on YouTube for many years, but continued with my old dowel and glue system, thinking it would always be superior to pocket hole joinery, I was not able to fathom how this was ever going to work and be strong at the same time. Eventually I gave it a try, and all I can say is, I will never do joinery any other way from the very first pocket hole I ever created, I have now probably created 10 thousand pocket holes, and am still in awe of the system, and its strength. This was truly a masterful concept. My only slight gripe was that the little grey clips that slide to the correct size for your desired needs, are a little flimsy, and I have broken more than one of them over a few months, where one side cracks off and then they will not lock into position any longer.

    R3 perfect size
    For me this is the perfect jig. It can do everthing the bigger jigs can do in a much smaller foot print. I dont know about you but storage plays a big part in my shop. If I was doing a lot of bench assembly work then maybe I would get one of the other jigs. But for the weekend warrior this is perfect. And for the price get one for home and one for the cottage.
