Light it up!
I love the fact that when you're writing it they light up. Living in the desert it gets hot early and throughout the day so the best time to ride is in the late afternoon and this helps me spot my kid out of the group of kids that are outside riding their skateboards. Love the design and color.

Maybe for youth only
I don't want to be too hard on this board, but it's not amazing. What I like is the top has a nice sandpaper like finish that helps you keep your footing while skating. It definitely helps your shoes not skid off, without being super rough. It does feature a light up quality that is self-powered when one wheel turns. There is a strip of small LED lights wrapped around the side, totally visible. Green lights are cool, but that doesn't make up for a weak board, sadly. The label says it can hold a max rider weight of 220 pounds. However, when stepped on at 160, the board bows way too much for me to ever want to actually take this out and ride it. The wheel tension can be adjusted, which is a good thing, and it does torque for turning. Overall, it's thin and the 30" deck doesn't feel like it should be used for anything other than a kid who is a beginner. Additionally, the plastic wheels might not hold up well for any air tricks. If you just want to scoot around, then sure, this is a nice value skateboard. But if you want to do tricks or get a bit of speed, I would recommend a better quality board for sturdiness. I'm bummed at the quality, to be honest.

    Really cool board
    I got this for my nine year old son as an upgrade from a smaller starter one. It's actually a lot larger than the original one he learned on, but he loves it. It definitely gives him more room to work with than the other. He immediately wanted to ride it at night once he found out that it lights up. He's happy with it so I'm happy with it.

    Such a cool skateboard! This became my kids' favorite skateboard. It's very well made, easy to maneuver, offers plenty of space for them to stand. The light up deck makes the board stands out from other boards.

    Kids enjoy it
    My kids are beginners at riding a skateboard. This particular one has a nice grip on the deck which prevents them from slipping off of it. The wheels perform nicely on pavement. They move easily and don't actually light up (which is what I thought). There is actually a light strip around the board and when only one of the wheels is in motion, it will light up. There are no batteries at all and never needs charging. This is a great feature especially if used at night. The lights show up pretty good in the daytime also and shut off automatically when the wheel stops moving. This skateboard seems to be great quality and is very sturdy and made well, wheels aren't wobbly at all. The deck is a pretty decent size which makes this skateboard perfect for beginners or pros.

    My son really likes this board. He had a smaller one, but you can't really do tricks on the shorter boards. Although he's new to this adult size board, it glides nicely and he is having fun with it. Not to mention the lights he think are really cool!

    This is the coolest classic cruiser shape skateboard I have ever seen! It's well built offering sturdy construction. It's a long board with a deck size of 30” x 8" with 60MM x 45MM polyurethane wheels ABEC 1 bearings, 5" composite trucks, and 6MM riser pads. The deck is 9ply maple with a single kicktail. It offers plenty of foot space. It has composite trucks for extra maneuverability. It comes fully assembled. The grip tape and skate hardware are already installed. What makes this board shine above the rest is that it actually shines! As the wheels turn, bright green LED lights imbedded in the edge of the deck begin to glow. The faster you go the brighter the lights shine! It's a beautiful color. No batteries required. No charging required. You don't have to turn it on. If you're moving, you're shining!
