I've been eating these bars for lunch for about 2 months and have lost about 15 lbs. I buy the choc chip brownie, they taste great and eliminate my desire for chocolate.

Stale nuts ruin the taste of the bars
The nuts in every bar are stale and ruin the taste of every bar. This is not a one-off because every nut in every bar of the 16 in the package tasted stale and old. The brownie part is delicious.
