Childhood Throwback
It is the seasoning we all grew up with, and we put it on everything. It can go from meat to vegetables with no problem. Of course, the benefit is it now has no MSG and less chemicals is always better. My husband loves it on fries while it is a go to on chicken for me. It is just that unique blend of salt and seasoning that makes it perfect for almost anything. The size of the bottle is fair too, for the price. Depending on how heavy handed you are with it, it could easily last six months or more. If you DO use it on everything you will go through it much quicker, but you will be enjoying yourself so much you will not care!

Great for meat and outdoor grilling!
In Review of Lawry's Seasoned Salt this product is a reddish color as I show in the picture. I think that is due to the paprika in the product. When I tasted this product along it was not as “salty” as I thought it would be. I had never purchased seasoned salt before so did not have a prior knowledge of the taste. I think it would be a good basic for many meats. I think the product had more of a smoky taste, so it would be a natural paring for ribs or BBQ chicken. I think originally this product must have been for ribs etc, but it would also be great for summer grilling!

    I love this stuff!
    I've used Lawry's products for years, and this is a seasoning that I always keep on my shelf as I use it alot! It has the best flavor of a premixed seasoning that I've ever tasted. It's a one of a kind flavor that I use on almost everything! It can be used on meats of all kinds, especially good on burgers on the grill! It can be used on salads to make them even more flavorful! It can be used on grilled foods, broiled foods, fried foods, breaded foods, you name it, I'll be it will go great on it! It comes in a convenient size and has a nice shaker top that can easily be removed if you wish to add a larger amount. The holes in the shaker do not let the seasoning come out too fast so it's easy to get just the right amount you want! I've used this for years on my batter fried chicken, I put it right in the flour mix as well as on the chicken itself, so I have even more flavor right from the first bite! I like to add it to oven broiled potatoes, I toss them in a light olive oil then arrange them on a foiled lined baking sheets on a single layer then sprinkle with the Lawry's seasoned salt and add a bit of parsley or oregano or even sage to the top then place under the broiler for a few minutes until it's crispy and golden brown on the edges. The paprika in the seasoning salt adds a nice rosy glow to the potatoes too so it looks as good as it tastes! This is an amazing product, truly a lifesaver in the kitchen as you can properly season most all of your cooked foods by using just this one product, so that makes for a super quick and easy yet reliably yummy taste on your foods!

    I love this seasoning. It is not real salty and the fact that it has no MSG makes it even better. I always worry about trying a new seasoning because most have a lot of salt in them. I am so glad that I tried Lawry's seasoned salt. It is not very peppery either. I can not have a lot of salt n my food because of high blood pressure. This seasoning has the perfect balance of pepper. It is also perfect for when my grandkids come over. I do not like making the food that I cook for them too spicy. It is also great on all type of food. I have used it on steaks, pork chops, pork roast, beef roast, ground meat, fish, and shrimp. I even use it to season my stews and gravies. My husband even used it on his tomatoes and cucumbers instead of salt and pepper. The bottle also has an easy open lid which is important for arthritis hands. Lawry's seasoned salt is my new go to seasoning. A must have in my pantry.

    A handy staple to have in the cupboard.
    Finally a season salt with no MSG! I haven't been using season salt for that very reason, it's usually loaded with that flavor enhancer. Lawry's season salt with no MSG doesn't need it. It's a mix of salt and paprika, turmeric and onion. I sprinkled this generously on a whole chicken with lemon juice and placed celery and carrots around it, and it was amazing. I also used it in a salmon patty recipe that's on the back of the salmon package, and in tomato juice with lime and celery to give it a yummy kick. It reminds me a lot like the seasoning of seasoned French fries you buy in restaurants. The flavor will work for a variety of foods. The only thing I'm unsure about it is the anti-caking ingredient, tricalcium phophate. I really don't know what it is, but I see the need for it to keep the salt from getting hard. I will still keep this seasoned salt it in the cupboard as a staple for sure!

    A better dish
    I have been making a dish for many years that contains rice, Soy Sauce, , pepper, salt, onions, an egg, cream soup, and Walmart Gravy. I throw it all in the crock pot and add enough water to make it a thick soup. This time I added the Lawry'sNo Msg Seasoned Salt instead of regular salt and it made a tremendous difference. My husband, a very picky eater told me it was the best soup I had ever made. I will continue to use Lawry'sNo MSG Seasoned Salt on a tremendous amount of dishes.

    The Best Seasoned Salt
    I received this product free for review. Lawry's Seasoned Salt is probably a staple in every cook's kitchen. It can be used on all your meats; beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc. I use it in just about everything I cook whether I'm baking, broiling, boiling or frying. You can use before you cook and sprinkle some if needed after you cook. It adds flavor to popcorn, french fries, eggs and pasta. You can use it on salads, vegetables, soups and sauces. The good thing about Lawry's is that it doesn't have any carbohydrates or fat and there's no MSG in it. Now be reminded it is Salt, so use it in moderation :-).

    5 Stars for Lawry's No MSG Seasoned Salt The Original, 8 oz ! Now the Lawry's we have all come to love is even better, NO MSG ! Did you just read that? Typing it once again, NO MSG !! This seasoning salt is great on all foods, popcorn, nuts, salads, veggies, chicken , hamburger ,fish, all meats, basically anything edible this would be delicious to add even more flavor to your dish or favorite recipe. It is even delish on eggs cooked however you prepare it , scrambled, deviled,over easy , fried , boiled . So many foods to add this wonderful Lawry's No MSG Seasoned Salt The Original to. I use it to marinate my meat in before cooking , also have used it to sprinkle on just prepared deviled eggs to add yummy flavor that no others come close to compare ...Simply put Lawry's No MSG Seasoned Salt The Original is the BEST now without MSG!!

    Great Flavor!
    Its been years since we have used Lawry's Seasoned Salt and sorry I waited so long. I can always remember my Mother saying MSG was not good for you so have tried to stay away from any food that has MSG in it. Now that Lawry's is MSG Free I can once again enjoy that taste I remember 40 plus years ago, and man is it good! Just the right blend of salt and spices to make anything taste great. I especially enjoy the flavor on eggs in the morning but have to remember not to get carried away with it, it still is salt lol. I'm sure most of you have tried Lawry's at one time in your life and know how good it makes everything taste. If you haven't tried it in a while do yourself a favor and pick some up again, you won't be sorry you did. I can say that I will always have a container on hand in my kitchen from now on! Thanks Lawry's for bringing back my childhood memories! :)

    Lawry's no msg seasoned salt.
    Once I used this seasoned salt, I used no other salts on the food and the items I wanted the wonderful flavor of a seasoned taste. I would recommend this for anyone who desires a pleasant change of tastes in food, and salads, or whatever it is that takes seasoning salt.
