L340 Laptop
The IdeaPad L340 Laptop is the best, most improved, and fastest laptop I've ever had. This laptop has a long lasting battery life, and when I say 'long lasting', I mean LONG LASTING. I can be working on homework or applying for scholarships all day and it won't die. Im so grateful to have such an amazing laptop at my grasp! I recommend this laptop to anyone who is going to be on the internet all day, and almost every day.

Quits after 3 weeks!
I purchased this back on April 9th and yesterday, I kept getting random blue screens of death. I couldn't do anything on this laptop without it crashing. No applications or programs. The only thing I was able to do on it was get on the internet for a hour before another blue screen struck. Called Lenovo tech support and their only advice was to unplug the charger and turn it off for 30 seconds. After that their advice was to return it to Walmart.

    Flaws you should know before buying
    Starting off this is a very good laptop for the price point, however there are flaws the come with it. Firstly the screen, the screen doesn't glare as much as other laptops but my main complete is the screen isn't very bright. Then the battery, if you're going to be running light games it only lasts around 2 hours but normally it will run 5. Then the gaming, if you want to run triple A games like the Witcher this laptop isn't for you, but for simpler games like csgo, Minecraft, rocket league, fortnite, etc this laptop will do good. There is 512gb of fast ssd storage which is better than a lot of laptops at this price point, but if you are planning to game then you might have to replace it in 4-6 years because ssd's die faster when people game on it. The laptop is a little big to bring into school with you if you plan to but it will still work fine. Overall this is an incredible laptop for the price and the body is beautiful and not too “gamery”

    I loved the sleek design and the performance on this laptop it runs games like fortnite at up to 200 fps on performance mode and it runs warzone around 60 fps and Valorant around 150 fps. I dislike how there are only 2 USB ports and they are located on the left side and there is also only about 400 gbs of storage so its not that much games you can download.

    errors right out of the box
    I plugged it in and set it up and immediately there are errors on the USB ports causing a power surge. Nothing is wrong with the power plug or battery and I never even used the USB port. I went to all of the Microsoft forums and Lenovo forums and tried everything they said and nothing has fixed the issue and the USB ports do not work. I am extremely disappointed and it's a bad sign when something doesn't work right from the box within 15 minutes of setting it up. Some people said its a windows 10 issue but honestly, this is my 2nd Lenovo and I had major issues with my last one as well. I will not be buying Lenovo again.

    Great laptop for gaming and work
    Great laptop for school and playing games. Love the sleek design and the blue keypads. Camera is great and the mic is decent. Of the gaming laptops I've seen this one looks like a gaming laptop but dosent scream it's a gaming laptop like the acer nitro. Very good when it comes to games it runs most games at high to ultra at 60 fps. Something I recommend is to open the nvidia control panel and set the gtx 1650 as the GPU because when it switches to the cpu igpu it wont run games at 60 fps because its weaker. I'm giving it only 4 stars because it only came with 475 gigs of ssd storage when the list says 512 gigs of ssd. Since I had my games and programs installed already and didnt want to go through the hassle of returning it I kept it.

    Needs more RAM for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
    I go this as a gaming solution for the Microsoft Flight Simulator. Although it could run the program and the graphics card was up to snuff as well as the 512GB SSD drive, it would crash the laptop if I did multiple flights (no doubt to faulty garbage collection in the program. I upgraded to the same laptop with 16GB RAM and it solved the problem.

    Great laptop, subpar screen
    The backlights on the laptop are amazing. They come with 3 settings. Off, dim, and bright. Easily switchable by use of the spacebar. The laptop itself handles very nicely. Games run smooth, and its very easy to use for schoolwork. Its built very nicely, with a sleek design and smooth top. Its thin and compact, perfect for traveling somewhere with it. It runs great on and off the charger. All around simply a good laptop, especially for the price. My only problem would be the screen resolution. Its a 59hz screen, however, its not the most noticeable thing in the world
