First laptop, first Lenovo
This is really the first real laptop I bought in my life. I wanted something that would provide a nice balance between gaming and businessand this laptop has worked wonders so far! It's discreet and powerful for the price, and I've been able to run everything without a hitch. I wish I could remove the screen so it would work as a tablet but that's just nitpicking on my part, I cannot give the laptop anything other than 5 stars

Amazing Performance But With A Manufacturing Issue
The Build & Looks of the lenovo legion 5i is absolutely stunning! With a beast performance and alot of good cooling .. but it came with a manufacturing issue .. the keyboard deck has some micro dints (dots) and the screen has the same dots in the same spots .. it's like the paint on the deck was stuck on the screen in certain spots .. it's very obvious .. more in pictures .. other than that it's perfect!

    A happy ending to a nearly yearly search
    I'm so happy with this laptop it's beyond words. I've spent months on the search, reading all sorts of reviews and watching all sorts of videos, going back and forth between models. The only thing that bothers me are the hardware stickers, which are very hard to remove (I know they aren't meant to be removed but it killed me to see my amazingly beautiful machine made ugly by flashy stickers). Again, I'm super happy with my purchase. It's been a month now and every time I look at it I feel warm inside. A beautiful, delicious machine.

    My Destiny!
    Love this laptop, I originally had a Y740 that got damaged so I needed a replacement quick. This laptop has blown the Y740 away with its speed, layout and screen quality. Destiny 2 looks fantastic on this thing

    I've had a Lenovo for as long as I can remember. My 12-year-old brick of a ThinkPad finally started to totter out so I bought this for games and school. It has since exceeded all expectations. I knew it would be fast, but Ultra High graphics in games is a huge added bonus.

    Functional and budget friendly for artists
    I'm an artist so the various different ports and their locations are useful for attaching a tablet monitor, mouse, flash drive, mic or dslr camera. I render video on it and it doesn't get too hot. One complaint is it doesn't have an SD card reader. Though, it is the right price for low budget animator. I've had OBS, Firefox, vlc, and Clip Studio going at the same time. It only lagged a little bit during video exporting in OpenSolaris but that's expected for only 8GB RAM. It has plenty of room on the drives for many programs and huge high resolution files.

    So far so good. I really love the features of this laptop. I can complete my work and play games like FFXIV online with ease. The performance mode keeps my laptop cool while playing for hours. The design is great and smooth. Overall it's a great buy.
