Functional and budget friendly for artists
I'm an artist so the various different ports and their locations are useful for attaching a tablet monitor, mouse, flash drive, mic or dslr camera. I render video on it and it doesn't get too hot. One complaint is it doesn't have an SD card reader. Though, it is the right price for low budget animator. I've had OBS, Firefox, vlc, and Clip Studio going at the same time. It only lagged a little bit during video exporting in OpenSolaris but that's expected for only 8GB RAM. It has plenty of room on the drives for many programs and huge high resolution files.

Legion 5i Powerful but Stylish Disappointments
I purchased the Legion 5i premium laptop. Very nice looking laptop but if you want the back-lit ports and the legion Logo to light up, you have to ensure you add the option for RGB keyboard. I was a little disappointed when I found this out the hard way. It is not mentioned in their video that is floating around on the internet. I can live without the RGB keyboard but the back-lit ports and logo would have greatly enhanced the look and lived up to their slogan of "Stylish on the outside and Savage on the inside" The battery life when using thermal mode (balanced) through Lenovo vantage is very good. Battery life diminishes much quicker on other modes in preliminary testing. I've only had this laptop since the 20th of May [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    My Destiny!
Love this laptop, I originally had a Y740 that got damaged so I needed a replacement quick. This laptop has blown the Y740 away with its speed, layout and screen quality. Destiny 2 looks fantastic on this thing

    Lenovo Legion
I've had a Lenovo for as long as I can remember. My 12-year-old brick of a ThinkPad finally started to totter out so I bought this for games and school. It has since exceeded all expectations. I knew it would be fast, but Ultra High graphics in games is a huge added bonus.

    Satisfied - Brighter Screen
Beyond expectations, and mostly hassle free delivery. Screen measured brighter than advertised, and parts were high quality/in good condition. Only needed a RAM increase, and it was good to go.

Great for both gaming and bussiness
I have chosen this gaming laptop because I could pick the components that otherwise in a bussiness laptop I could not. The laptop is much slimmer and light-weight then I thought. It can easily be carried for bussiness, especially because of it's crisp design, without bling-blings. I am super happy with the customization and the purchase. I strongly recommend the new Legion for both gaming and bussiness.
