Balanced Design
This device fits for my every work. There is no case designs that I don't need, like fingerprint sensor. The screen is TN and I love it. It reduces the cost and I always prefer TN screen because of my eye condition. Material is made by plastic I guess and I don't have any issue with that. CPU and GPU are enough for any rendering process. I was looking for an affordable and strong computer and I found it.

Extremely disappointed!
This is the 3rd Lenovo laptop. I bought this for my kids due to COVID-19 and school from home requirement. The laptop looks good but had high difficulty connecting with the WiFi in the house despite my iPad working just fine in the same location.
We tried tech support for several weeks....a severe waste of time with no good solution. The warranty we bought becomes effective after 1 year after manufacturer warranty. This was a bad purchase

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/06/2021Good Enough for basic useThis machine is good enough for anyone who just needs a basic computer that works. It has a camera, and enough memory to hold pictures and you can add a mouse to navigate around if you're unfamiliar with the touch screen. No DVD you might have to be creative if you are transferring files from an older computeracademic

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/03/2021Lenovo Ideapad S145 reviewThe Lenovo Ideapad S145 is a great personal computer for my own use. I use it daily for looking for jobs and basic web browsing. I use it for basic Internet usage. It is very fast to start up with the included SDD drive and also has a great battery life. The screen is very bright and the keypad is responsive. So far I haven't had any problems with the laptop and for under $400 I consider this a great deal for a laptop.Unknown

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/17/2020There's better out there.I gave this 2 stars just because I LOVE the color. Other than that, I'd spend the money on a laptop that's more worth it. I've only used this laptop on and off about a months worth of time for school........it already has problems starting up. I turn it on and get a black screen. I have to press reboot keys after the logo shows in order to use it. I am noticing certain keys do not work unless I press them hard. Not to mention the speaker SUCKS!!! On 100 I can barely hear it. I hope you have earphones or something because you ARE going to need them!ShiAmbush

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/09/2020Is ok for the price. These laptop is neither good or bad. The color is a nice dark wine color and it is slick. The performance is better than Caleton models but lower than some i3. The camera is pretty bad but the microphone is good. The performances is decent just depends on what you are going to do. If you are using this for school, kids, courses etc I recommend. But if you are a gamer, a professional and a spreadsheet freak I will recommend spending a little more money and buying a better one.The

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/03/2020BeautifulComputer over all is really nice I needed it for college, it works great. The only thing that isn't to great is the speaker on this computer my iPhone is louder than the computer. It works great once you have your headphones in. Battery life is something else I noticed it's not all that great. I bought this to replace my hp chrome book it was touch screen but I really can't say I miss it. I do recommend if you just need something for school assignments and browsing the internet, it's really fast.Joanna

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/10/2020It's worth the purchase/consideration :)This computer runs smoothly. The speed is good, and I haven't experienced any lag. I use it for my small business, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the camera. Anyone who plans to use this for zoom meetings or Skype calls should be aware that the camera creates a less than optimal picture/ recording. I plan to resolve this by purchasing a webcam; the computer is other wise fantastic. i also like larger laptops because of vision issues. the display size is really good for that, and it's also helpful if I'm working on things side by side.Ashley6

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/31/2020Solid PCI allowed my 13-year-old to fully set it up - with minimal assistance from me. As far as I could tell, it went flawlessly. And in the past week, I haven't heard one complaint, despite having large demands placed on the pc (basic functions, gaming, video creation, data transfers, periferals, etc.). Cool dark purple color, too.Paul
