great basket for the price
very nice backboard for a great price. it wasn't very difficult to assemble (by myself); the hardest part being attaching the completed backboard to the post. make sure to fill the base BEFORE standing this up, as it will very likely fall over without any counterweight. raising and lowering the height is very easy.

The product is good for the price. Some of the instructions were a little difficult to follow, but the ability to access the video was a tremendous help. It is a Christmas, so it has not been tested yet; but, I am sure that it will do fine.

    It's okay. Installation with a buddy help
    Good looking hoop for my backyard/two car driveway. Instructions is pretty difficult to follow so a a buddy or someone you know who can do handyman stuff to assist you to do installation. That is how I got the installation done which was like 2.5 hours for the two of us. This installation is a two people job because you need one person to at times hold the backboard or the basketball hoop pole so the other person can screw in the bolts. I am only able to get the hoop to 8 feet so I may ask Lifetime about how to keep the adjustment up there without falling down. I am still able to play with it. Always good to put bags of sandbag and use a base gel to keep the portable hoop from tipping over. Otherwise, I am happy with this hoop.

    We bought this basketball hoop for some family interaction time with our kids. As we began to put it together we were missing the small axle. As we continued to work on assembly we could not find a bracket. We did an inventory check and we were missing two other parts. Disappointed we called Lifetime company to see about replacement parts. Katie answered and was the absolute nicest customer service person ever. She took down all of the missing parts and started an order immediately to have them replaced at no cost to us. We are very appreciative of the great service and we can't wait for our missing parts to arrive so we can complete the assembly of our hoop and start playing!!

    This product is good but not easy to assemble tooks us 2 days to finished although afterwards your hard work is paid off. The final product is fun to play basketball with the hoop.

    Good hoop for the price.
    Came faster then they predicted. Easy instructions to follow. Need 2 people to put together at some points. Also you will need more tools then what they show you. All pieces were there in package. Some screws had to have more effort to put in then others since the plastic wasnt drilled out all the way or the holes were not perfectly lined up but a easy fix. My 7 yr old son loves it amd it was reasonably priced.

    Get this one!
    Looks like a pretty sturdy and legit set. I put it together myself. Took a few hours just because I took my time and had a couple of breaks in between. Just some warnings, don't tighten all the screws until the end because there are parts that need that flexibility and don't fill the base all the way because you won't be able to move it after if you do. Other than that I highly recommend this set. Better than the others on my street and at a great price.

    I bought this almost 4 years back and still going strong. I had missed the baseboard caps to avoid water being evaporated and sent an email to lifetime with pics and they shipped the parts fast as these are not available in market.

    Great Basketball Hoop!
    Bought this for our 11 year old son and 19 year old son for Christmas. They absolutely love playing with it with their friends and with my husband. It changes in height to 10 feet easily. It took my husband and sons a little over an hour to put together. They have played with it consistently and everyday for almost 2 weeks. Great bonding game for my boys and family to keep us all healthy with the conveyance of being right outside our front door. It's solid and durable!
