Very happy with it
Perfect board for my tween. She can maneuver it and plenty of space for herself, her little sister, and another friend to ride on it. I've used it a little bit myself and it's great for an adult, too.

Damaged items still not replaced
I don't really know how to review the paddle board itself as I still have not received one. Well, technically that is t true. I received a damaged board about a month after I ordered. It was returned and I was told a new one would be shipped out ASAP but now it's a month after the return and my new board has not shipped. Customer service on the shippers end and Walmart had me going in circles so I ended up canceling my order. Hoping to see my refund in my account soon.

    Durable and stable beginner board
    Our vacation rental guests love these boards. They are stable and durable, though heavy at 40 lbs. Could use some better protection for shipping though! Of 6 I've ordered over the years 2 have arrived damaged, but Lifetime took care of it right away and provide excellent customer support.

    We have the freestyle xl paddle board, which we've used the heck out of for years. It's the best beginner board with its wide stable platform. I recently reached out to the company as we lost a fin. They sent me one right away for no charge! Such great customer service, so glad we purchased this board.

    Not happy
    As soon as we opened the box we discovered multiple bubbles in the padding. Some were large and a few were small. Nonetheless I did not want that board due to the possibility of the padding getting holes where each of the bubbles were located. Lifetime was only going to send new padding for me to have to deal with.

    I'm so happy I decided on a hard shell SUP. No prep work needed for launching, just grab and go. Cuts through the water nicely. Easy to clean too.

    Nice but damaged
    We bought this paddleboard as a special gift to ourselves. It seems like it wohld be a really nice board, but we're disappointed that it is damaged (apparently in shipping because the box was REALLY damaged). It also arrived late, too kate for our special occasion.

    Phenomenal Customer Service
    I purchased a XL Paddle Board a couple of years ago and we recently lost one of the fins. I called to order a replacement and they are sending me TWO for FREE!!! Thank you for a great, fun product and for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend!
