Stylish and good quality!
Very nice futon! Looks great and stylish, not cheap looking, good quality. Faux leather feels nice. Probably not very comfortable to sleep on as it is very firm but nice to be used as extra seating space. Easy to assemble but you do need an electric screwdriver. Only problem was that FEDEX left the package on the first floor instead of delivering it to my door on the 2nd floor, even though my apartment building has an elevator. Was fortunate enough to have help bring it up.

It arrived stained! Highly disappointed.
I just opened the box and the futon arrived stained. I could see the stain through the plastic when I first opened it. Its very obvious because its a white futon. I tried to wipe it off, but it is still stained. I am VERY dissatisfied with this product and I would like some type of compensation because I paid about $200 for something that I am going to have to cover up or return.

    More than meets the eye
    There wasn't much to notice at first but after using it for about a week my wife sat on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking through the cushion and tore a hole as well as hurting her bum. Also the side cushions that are supposed to support your arms aren't attached so they constantly fall off I find them more annoying than anything (maybe good for lumbar support)

    Comfortable sleeper and futon
    So far there's a lot to like about how comfortable the futon. Material can be easily wiped cleaned. Still feels comfortable when sitting for long periods of time. I use the pillows for back support. I like how the pillows are not too hard and can be portable. Every once a while I like to arrange my living room and the futon is the perfect weight for me when maneuvering to the next spot. Color is on point. Looks the way it is on the walmart website. Great buy.

    Great quality and firmness
    I honestly love the look, color and overall quality of this futon. It sturdy and firm enough to my liking. If you don't appreciate very firm seats or mattresses, then this is not for you. It looks amazing and is ideal for tight spaces. Highly recommend'

    Review on furniture (futon sofa couch)
    The item is nice if you are looking for something temporary until you buy the furniture you really want. The picture online does not do any justice. The color matches, and it seems like what is on the box, but I didn't realize the couch sits very low on the ground. I do not recognize if you are a tall person. If you decide to buy, I recommend buying four platforms to raise the couch's height to accommodate being so low. The material is okay. I don't recommend it if you have animals. A tear can quickly appear with the clawing of nails. Although they say your fur babies should not be on the furniture, it is bound to happen. It's like leather material, but buying a couch cover can help. I bought this for my daughter and helped set it up in her apartment. Again, it's cute, and it will work. I don't want to discourage anyone from buying it. We are just tall individuals. For temporary purposes, I would repurchase it if need be. It is perfect for a college student. My children have graduated from college, and I bought it for my daughter since she had just moved into her first apartment. It is temporary until she is ready to purchase her own furniture set.

    Arrived Damaged.
    Box came wet on one side with a hole in the middle and it looks like they tried to tape it shut. Opened the box and the middle of the futon where the cupholders are is completely torn with foam showing and cuts of fabric. Really sad, I was excited for it.

    SUCKS NEVER AGAIN
    Item was sent to me WITH a hole! The box was tore up so I could not even repackage it to return it. I am not stuck with a hard chair with a decent size rip and nobody will help. There was no corresponding hole in the plastic, which means it was done AT the warehouse. THEN instead of trashing they shipped it anyways!! Walmart shipping is AWFUL!

    Totally cute! Perfect for small apartments! I was afraid because of reviews. I learnt from being a Walmart customer that when you buy something, make sure it is directly from Walmart you can avoid many delivery problems or product quality problems. When I purchase from certain third parties I find complications. Protection plans doesn’t include theft nor have options ect. Well this product came perfect, solid and I’m 34 with multiple sclerosis severe pain. I’m laying on couch right now and although pillow are a little stiff, the material on couch alone helps my back so yes two thumbs up. I would just suggest better pillows but I can just buy a fluffy cover for them it’s not that serious. Thanks Walmart ?AND it came early, easy to assemble by MYSELF. I do recommend. Reclined in two settings not including the bed. Must not forget☺️????

    Very uncomfortable
    OK looks are deceiving it look very nice and comfy, but it is extremely hard. I had two blankets on top for sleeping and can still fill the hardness and firmness of the futon. did not sleep well at all.
