Worst ZMA I have used!
I've taken ZMA for years (I'm a body builder). This is by far the cheapest ingredients they could have used (hence reflecting the price). Right when you open the bottle, you can smell strong chemicals. In the morning, you better be closed to the restroom! WORST ZMA I HAVE EVER TAKEN! Im pretty sure it's just a heavy dose of CHEAP magnesium with no zinc or b-6. You get what you pay for! Spend the extra $ and get a quality product. Very surprised that Met-Rx would put this junk out there, they used to be a quality product (years ago). I guess all manufactures have their price. Looks like I'm taking Met-Rx products off my buy list. Very disappointing and sad, but true. Honest opinion from a real person!

    ZMA is a must have for men over 40
    Ive been using ZMA for almost 20 years. I cycle. After using a bottle I wait a moth before I use again. Simply put it works and it safe . Great deep sleep and your parter will love the added benefit of morning stiffness(no need to elaborate). And this is price is better than average
