Massive Umbrella
Love love love! Was easy to order online, came in on time and was easy to set up by myself. Material is nice as well! Does exactly what i need it to do.

    Missing base - couldn't be supplied. Time wasting.
    Sent without base. Contacted Walmart. Walmart contacted company. Company offered $10 refund (a base costs>$50 to buy) if I keep umbrella. Company could not supply base, said to get refund from Walmart. Pain as I ordered this so I did not have to transport it and now it us up to me to take it back to the shop. Unimpressed. Not a good first time experience with Walmart on-line shopping and the company that supplied the umbrella. For your amusement: Walmart to Me: We've contacted Luminous on your behalf for the order below. Someone from their team will contact you within 48 hours. Reason for Contact: Damaged/Missing Parts/Not Received Company (Luminous): Dear sorry, due to the warehouse problem, we will help you to process the refund, because the logistics takes time, you need to wait patiently for a while, the product is missing a base, can we refund 10 dollars? You continue to use this product or give it to your friends, thank you. Please contact us to confirm, we will help you right away. If any problem, please feel free to contact us, we will try our best to solve it. Me to Company: Thank you for your reply. I am expecting you to send the base for the umbrella. I am unable to use the umbrella without the base. Are you going to send the base? If so, when do you expect I will receive it? Why do you wish to refund me 10 dollars? Company to Me: Dear sorry, The Umbrella is temporarily out of stock, you can choose to apply for a refund with Walmart, wish you a happy life.

    I haven't opened and used it but it looks to be good quality. Just be aware that it requires a base (included) to be set up with 135 lbs of sand (not included).

    Enjoy the Summer in the Shade
    My red MF Studio 15ft Double-Sided Patio Umbrella provides much needed shade in the Las Vegas heat. It's easy to set up. You will need to purchase a couple sand bags to add to the base but it won't blow into your pool (the last two summers I've lost an umbrella when the wind blew it over the wall and into my neighbor's pool!). I'm enjoying the umbrella so much. I wish I hadn't waited so long to purchase it. In addition to the 90 days warranty of Walmart, MF Studio extends the warranty period to 1 year. Nice.

    My umbrella was up foe one hour. Some wind came in and the umbrella was completely decimated. Waste of money.

    Shipping was fast. It is easy to set up. You have to buy at least 100 pounds of sand for the sand bags. I have it on the lowest level and it is still plenty high to set under. Construction and materials are very well designed and seem very sturdy.

    AWFUL PRODUCT!!!!
    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!One arm of the umbrella broke after 2 months of use. Walmart refuses to refund the cost, since it is outside their 60 day return policy. THE WORST PRODUCT AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN! My rating is zero stars!

    It's big! I had to tip over the bottom half while my son inserted the top half because we were in a screened in lanai and the screened ceiling became part of the consideration-got it done Will send photo if possible

    Cover the teak table
    Recently bought a nice teak table that extends to over 10 feet long and wanted a nice sized umbrella to cover it. Was doing the search and came across this umbrella from Alpha Marts. Love the size and it got good reviews, so I bought it. After it arrived I noticed how well it was built, in fact the pole was high quality machine work and substantial in size. Not your average umbrella pole. Of course, my fear would be that it would not go in the hole at the center of my teak table. Luckily, the pole did fit into the table and while I had to make a few off instructional changes, it came out looking great. I am pleased to say the least. It provides ample shade and looks great.
