Super vacuum and lightweight!
Excellent. Makes vacuuming quick and easy. Very lightweight so you feel like it's not really a chore like pushing around a heavier vacuum is. So easy to use, wish I would have purchased sooner. Ideal for households with kids and pets, does well on both carpet and hard floor. An elderly person would benefit as well since it is so lightweight.

    I am actually impressed and I highly recommend!
    I like the duel speed setting and find that it is very convenient as it snaps apart easily for use for upholstery cleaning. The small narrow attachment for getting into smaller, tighter spaces is also excellent. It is powerful enough for all floors and is not overly loud. I have a 2nd vacuum in my house which is larger and more powerful for which I use on carpets.

    not happy
    I loved it for the first 6 weeks. Now it has stopped charging consistently and when I stop vacuuming the last thing it picked up falls back out on the floor. Very disappointing.

    Terrific value, picks up everything on forward stroke but pulls things around in reverse. Lightweight and powerful. Easy to empty/clean.

    Better than what I expected, especially for the price. Would like to get second battery, but not available? Using mainly on hard floor but does ok on short pile carpet. Hand use convenient.

    It only lasts 15 minutes
    I liked this cordless vacuum-it fits under furniture, lightweight, easy to maneuvere, attachments. The first 3 times I used it, it stayed charged long enough to vacuum my entire home and even used the attachments. Lately though it lasts less than 15 minutes even though I let it charge overnight.

    Well I did not realize this cordless vacuum would only run about 15 minutes on high or approximately 30 minutes on low, then has to recharge for 4 hours. The weight of the handle which is where the battery is located weighs a few pounds. I wish the width of the beater bar was wider. It doesnt run long enough to satisfy my needs for a 2 story large home. I give it 2.5 stars.

    I'm still getting acquainted with this little jewel but after my first "test drive" I can say I'm so far pleased with my purchase. my only wish is that the brush head and the dust cup were a bit larger. despite that, I am still happy I chose this item.

    Great customer service.
    The item I received was the older model. MOOSO customer service sent the adjustable wand, as well as a spare battery to compensate me. And they did it fast without a lot of grief. Thanks. By the way, the vacuum works great, too!
