Wonderful buy
Knowing what you are getting into when you look at refurbished units is a must. You're not getting a brand spanking new model. A lot of them are decommissioned units from schools and the like. That said, I was expecting something with a lot more imperfections than what I received. There are a few places where the paint/finish has been chipped off, probably from being in a backpack. The chips are only on the bottom "lip" of the chromebook when it's closed. And even then, it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking for it. The screen is immaculate, it came equipped with this textured sort of protective layer (kinda like a screen protector for a phone, but for the body of the chromebook and the track pad). My kiddo needed a chromebook, since his school was jerking him around with providing him and several other students with chromebook (the excuse was that they didn't have 1:1 chromebook to charger ratio, so they can't even borrow one from the office, let alone be issued one for use...). He's happy with it, it works like a champ, and it came a few days earlier than anticipated to boot! Much appreciated, folks.

not worth it, screen wont light up
had to give it to my kids early due to covid. did not realize it was a refurbish. when it was delivered it was just dropped on the porch. which was upsetting, but it did work. then a couple of weeks ago it had a hardware malfunction and it wont let the screen light up. I have done everything possible to get it to work. with no luck at all. now I have a cromebook that is useless. and fyi yes the battery was charged completely overnight. the blue light shows it's on but the screen wont light up..

    a disgrace for electronics
    horrible laptop horrible system can't do anything with it will not connect to an internet connection at all because for some reason it only wants to use Xfinity best laptop is literally pointless because you cannot do anything and I purchased this specifically for work I would not be purchasing any more electronics from Walmart or anything associated with Walmart

    Computer doesnt allow you to do ANYTHING
    You cannot do anything on this computer. You cannot download anything on this computer. It was a complete waste of money.

    WiFi wont connect
    My wifi for some reason wont connect everythings right the password right and all and keeps giving me this message error. The laptop came fine and the cord but thats the only problem Im having is the WiFi and its connected to my phone but wont for the laptop! Im frustrated at this point!

    REFURBISHED!!! Do not BUY!!!
    I wish I could give this 0 stars. No where in the title did it say Refurbished! I bought this for my niece as a Christmas present and when she opened it, it was nasty!! The screen was covered with stuff and there were marks all over the keyboard. It was so gross I had to wash my hands after I opened it!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

    This RIDICULOUS all other laptops that are refurbished state that without having to read through a whole novel to see the fine print that it is refurbished. The price is WAY too high for a scratched up device that is noticeably used. FIX THE TITLE!!! Price is outrageous for this junk!

    The condition of the laptop was not great. Charger piece was bent when I took it out the box. Some of the charger cord is scraped away.
