i like these new nylon loops even though thay can not be used as potholders. so far out of 27 bags there was less than 5 loops per bag that could not be used. pretty good average. way better then the other brands. my only problem with this product is the wearhouse is always out of them. and the storys are either out or only have 5 boxs at a time. the project i am working on takes 1 1/2 bage per project. and i am making over 300 of this project.

Makes wonderful Christmas pot holders
My 6 year old granddaughter loves making her potholders for all of her relatives for Christmas. I love the color intensity of these, but they are nylon or polyester and don't make as useful an item as do the cotton ones! These make smaller potholders and don't look as capable of keeping from a hot pot as the cotton ones. But she does love the colors!!

Great value on a refill for your loop loom.
This is the best value I could find for refill loops for your loom. The colors are bright and fun and one refill is enough for up to five projects. I would reorder them when they get used up.

such a reat way to learn the principles of weaving
I made these as a 7 year-old and sold pot holders door to door for 2 for a quarter. In case you are wondering that was 60 years ago! It is still fun and now I get to teach the grand kids. Nice selection of colors

If your child loves crafts, this is a great way to encourage them to get involved with their hands and provides them more options and colors than just the original kit! :)

    Bright colors, fairly inexpensive
I looked at other loops for looms like these, and these seemed to be the best deal in terms of quality and quantity. The colors are bright and the loops seem to be uniform in length. Best of all, they're not too expensive. My daughter loves to make these, it costs me $1 per potholder, and I like seeing her make them, using her creativity with different patterns and colors, instead of being glued to the TV.

I remembered this from when I was a kid
I had bought one of these for my granddaughter maybe a year ago and she said someone stepped on it and broke it... She absolutely loved it, 5 years old... For Christmas I got her and her 4 year old sister both one... The reaction when they opened it was amazing... A scream of delight!!! I bought both the actual loom and these refills because mom kept asking me if I had seen any or knew where to get them when she had the first one... There is nothing like making something with your own 2 hands... Toys like this will never get old... They will make pot holders that moms and grand ma ma's will treasure!!!
