Great little futon in general; Perfect for me
This little futon is great for smaller spaces or kids!* Pros: fits 2 adults sitting, install is extremely easy, it's been durable, the adjustable arms are nice. The futon is two separate chair pieces interlinked loosely in the middle, so you can adjust the back heights independently. All the materials are of good quality. Cons: looks like a normal couch at 70 degrees, but resting against it is stiff and uncomfortable; it's far more comfy down at 30 degrees, but it looks ridiculous unless you put a cover and decor pillows on it. Since the futon is linked only in 2 places, it can become uneven or form an inch gap in the middle (which is uncomfortable but fairly easy to readjust.) I can't imagine anyone taller than 5'10" could sleep flat on it without hanging off. It's on the smaller side. *My Experience: I'm a 160lb, 5'3" lady. I use this as my main couch daily, but with a cover blanket on top so I'm not sure how it cleans. The first time I had a nap on it I figured I would hate it (the cushions are memory foam and squishy to the touch, but it felt stiffer than what I'm used to), but I ended up loving it and somehow have started sleeping on it instead of my bed every night. Go figure!! For that reason alone, I personally give it 5 million stars. Still cannot believe I'm sleeping on a futon instead of my queen pillowtop, but I guess that's the strange power of this item. If you like a firmer surface to chill, won't be sitting very long, and/or can invest in some plush decor pillows, this futon is worth the price. But if you don't fit that bill? Go for something bigger, or use for kids/office only.

Disappointed. Missing parts. Cannot use
I am very disappointed in this purchase. The pre drilled holes are unfinished and there are not enough pre drilled holes to put the legs on properly. At this point I cannot use this at all. There's an email included in the assembly paperwork and a note that says additional parts are available for a nominal fee. Wish me luck. I should have known better than to purchase this.

    Nice futon!
    It was easy to assemble and it arrived early. It was just hard to take out of the box by myself in a small room but I managed. It's comfortable to lay on besides being able to feel the middle part that separates it. That part would be uncomfortable sometimes but overall, it's a good futon.

    Returned the next day! Delivered Damaged! SMH!
    I teturned the futon the next day. It never made it out the box because the futon was damaged where the box was damaged. Walmart needs to engage in better quality assurance. Customers should not be inconvenienced this way! It was clearly and noticably damaged before it was delivered. Smh'

    why ?why lie? it is written that the sofa is 182 cm long, I specifically took it so that it was with a margin. I have a height of 175. and this sofa is just my height in length. so he is not 182 cm but 175 cm. this means with a pillow my legs will stick out.

    Its nice.
    Said it was suppose to be here Monday, but got here Saturday, the box looked like it seen better days, rips around the opening. the assembly was fine. Took me 10 minutes. The futon itself looks nice, smells fine, there is one small rip but idk if that was me trying to take it up stairs or it came already like that. There is some type of dust on it, similar to pollen looking in the crevices of the corners, but that's fine, nothing a wipe down couldn't fix. I'm 5'1 and I fit great. I have a bad back so idk in the long run but right now laying down on it , it feels nice. I would purchase again. (Got the black faux leather)

    Great but needs better packaging.
    So far I really like the couch. I even bought another one. However, Walmart really needs to ship it better. My box was really beat up when it arrived. The couch isn't protected by any Styrofoam, etc, so my first couch was damaged. There was a big gash in the lining. I initiated a return but don't want to go through the effort. The second couch was delivered ok but again no Styrofoam to protect the contents.

    Not a bad deal, as long as you know its limits
    So far, we have had it a week. First day after unpacking, the smell of vinegar was a bit off-putting, but it finally subsided. Must be the memory foam. Not as soft as I would have hoped, but it will serve the purpose we intended which is some extra seating and somewhere to nap Was easy enough to assemble, but I seriously doubt it will handle larger built people for very long. Says it will hold 600 pounds. Maybe if they don't move much. The racheting mechanisms for the back are a neat touch, but again I wouldn't trust for larger than average build persons. Shipping was fast and box was in good shape. Wasn't expecting it to be in two pieces when I opened the box. But instructions are pretty clear. All the hardware and legs are in a zipper pocket on the bottom of the couch so everything was there. Nice touch if you have to disassemble if you are moving. I didn't have any problems with the holes not lining up like I have read some other reviews when installing the legs. I'm 6' and average build and is comfortable for just lounging, but I wouldn't use it as an everyday bed. As for a couch, not too bad for the price.

    The futon construction, the feel of the material are very good. The ‘look' of the final product is good. However, there is a lack of “ truth in advertising“ with the futon. On every scrap of paper and as stamped by fabricator/maker of the futon's shipping box, the dimensions do not add up. When the futon was first being constructed, it may have started with the dimensions, stamped on the shipping box and on the instruction booklet. But what I received was woefully short. 72 inches wide became 68 3/4 inches wide-ish. The same with the depth and height dimension given. All are off by about 3 inches or more. I am very disappointed. The final product dimensions do not match what is provided to us on the Walmart website, by the fabricator, no one. This will be the first and the last time I purchase a furniture item from Walmart.

    Great futon!!!
    I think this is a decent futon, just a little side note, when you're putting it together make sure the side mini pillow things are fully down and level with each other or else putting it together will not work. It's pretty soft and easy to use. It's perfect size to fit pretty much anywhere, if I wanted, I could fit it in my closet, and I have a pretty small closet.

    Only gave it 3 stars mat is very thin
    I love the stylish look it has with the armrest, and the many levels that it can recline. It just the right size I wanted something that would not take too much room. It's perfect for an extra added area for guest to sleep. It is a little on the short side I'm 5”4 and it's fine for me but it is very thin so not to comfortable for a good night rest for an adult or older and a heavy child. My 10 yr old slept on it but only lasted till 4am and come back upstairs to his bedroom. I am looking into purchasing a mat to place on top that I can easily store away. It does the job and for to price I am pleased with it. This would probably help guest not overstay their welcome…who knows.

    Totally disappointed!!
    Open Box!! Yes, Walmart sent me a open box futon!! Usually that's an option…right?!? Not my option!!! So I get the futon delivered and it has all this added tape on the top of the box and immediately I was thinking... did they send a return?! So I cut through the tape and it was wrapped with the white cloth stuff you normally receive. I cut it out and laid it side-by-side and I notice mold in one section and then I notice the screw holes are not in the right place to screw the legs on. I was like omg.. are you serious??!! Total nightmare!! Lesson learned, returning the horrible product today!!
