Very satisfied
I have used the same kind of drying racks for years. They changed the hook up tabs so it's a little different than my old one but all in all I've always really liked them.

Why?
I am sure it would have been great but they shipped it when it was clearly damaged. Why? Do you want us to shop elsewhere?

    A Must-Have
    This drying rack is AMAZING! And the description is spot on --it doesn't need tools to assemble, and it actually took less time to put together than it took me to drink a cup of coffee! You don't even need a knife to open the box! I'm beyond satisfied!

    Excellent product that drives the clothesPerfectly
    It is very sturdy and easy to assemble! Awesome buy! I was a little hesitant but I'm glad that I purchased this. It holds a lot of different items of laundry and has space for air to circulate. Great for your delicate items or just things you might not want to throw in the dryer. Maybe for summer when you're trying to save on your electric bill or not have the dryer heat your house up. I live in Florida and we have enough Heat! The clothes get dry very quickly on this item. It's not hard to just put the little things right on this and they're dry.

    Fantastic
    This drying rack is a great addition to my laundry room. It was super simple to put together and will fold up flat for storage. I was able to hang up a handful of shirts to air dry. It leaves enough space for the air to circulate and dry the shirts.

    Handy for indoor drying!
    This dryer rack is wonderful! It is nice and tall when put together it stands above my hips almost to my chest and I am 5' 6. It is lightweight but yet very sturdy so not cumbersome to move around where you need it. Good top rack for drying things flat like sweaters or shirts. It collapsed really flat so storage is easy! I love my outside linen line but I now love my inside dryer rack. Great for towels out by the poolside as well this summer. Highly recommend this product. It was also very easy to assemble.

    When they say oversized they mean it! This drying rack is quite large, but not obnoxiously so. It’s definitely large enough to hold a load of laundry. I love having this to keep by my washer for things I don’t want to dry, and when the weather gets nicer I plan to use it on my deck to dry clothing and bathing suits in the sun. I’m very happy with it. It was also extremely easy for me to put together, it took about 5 minutes to have it fully assembled. It’s so a good quality metal and feels very sturdy. It also folds up nice and compact.

    A couple minor negatives, but I still recommend it
    Overall, I like this drying rack. I have another one that can fit more clothes and has some other features, but this rack takes up less space and is easier to set up and move around. As much as I like my other rack, I think I'll use this the majority of the time. The rack is easy to assemble, and it folds up fairly small (35.5” x 21.75” x 4”). Aside from the four bars across the top, there are 7 other bars to hang clothes on. I primarily dry t-shirts on my rack and my main concern was that there would not be enough room between two levels to hang shirts without them overlapping (I'm a fairly tall and big guy). However, there's just enough room (14.75” between levels) so that my shirts slightly touch but don't overlap, which works for me. I'm giving this four stars instead of five because of the following two negatives: (1) the bottom 3 bars aren't useful for me because they are too close to the ground. The bottom middle bar is 7 3/8" from the ground, and the two bottom outside bars are 14.75” from the ground, which means my shirts would brush against the floor. (2) It can be a little difficult to collapse the rack. There are two points at the top where a bar snaps into place, and I have to use a bit too much force to get one side to come back out.

    OVERSIZED YET EASILY STORED
    The Mainstays Oversized Collapsible Steel Laundry Drying Rack is a great item especially for people like myself who have minimum storage space. The assembling was truly a breeze even for me at 74 years old! I barely glanced once at the instructions sheet provided in the box and the rest was intuitive -- the Drying Rack was up and ready to go in 5 minutes or less. I have one of those "mini" washing machines I lug to the bathroom when I am going to do a small laundry load. This Drying Rack is a Godsend! It has enough drying capacity to more than accommodate one "mini" laundry load. There are several design factors I think were made to address specifics needs of the user: -It is TALL. Holds a variety of clothing lengths -It is STURDY. Has metal construction which may indicate longevity -It is FOLDABLE. For easy storage and folds flat by simply unlocking the top part -It is [easy] to ASSEMBLE. So easy to assemble, the instructions sheet is almost unnecessary Overall, this Mainstays Oversized Collapsible Steel Laundry Drying Rack is one of the most useful devices in my home.
