The Sweet Sugared Lemon scent is absolutely my favorite, and the most commonly used year round. it leaves a clean and refreshing scent throughout my house. i truly hope they never discontinue this.

Accurate
The lid of the candle was off, one third of the rim was shattered and broken off with a V piece of glass (about 1/3 of the way down the back side of the candle) broken off

    Horrible service
    The deliverers need to STOP THROWING peoples packages. I'm paying for a service and this is what I get, a completely broken $7 candle after waiting several days past the actual delivery date. DO BETTER!

    The candle aroma is fine; the issue is shipping.
    I ordered two of these; they were shipped in a walmart bag (the thicker, opaque type, used for shipping things like packaged toothbrushes), and whilst one of them survived the journey, the other was smashed and broken, and have posed considerable danger when opening the bag. From the same order, I also received two lilac aroma candles of the same make; these were sent properly packed, wrapped in a recyclable brown paper mesh, in a corrugated cardboard box of the perfect size, and they were safe and fine. I do not know what possessed some numpty to toss two glass jar candles in a bag to be shipped.

    Do not buy Mainstays candles
    The scent is not strong you cannot smell the aroma. When you enter the room you only smell a candle scent. Do not recommend

    fresh apple scent!
    i absolutely love this candle! the smell is strong and is perfect for fall. i think these candles are better than the more expensive brands. it makes my entire home smell like fresh red apples which is my favorite scent! they packaged them real good so they didnt break so i was happy about that..

    Loved the candles, hated the broken glass
    Candles would get 5 stars, but the delivery gets 0. I ordered 6 of the Sweet Sugared Lemon candles along with 2 bathrugs, a PJ set and some Lysol toilet bowl cleaner for delivery. My delivery promptly arrived the day after I placed my order, which was great. Unfortunately, I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to pack these items in a plastic bag with no cushioning for the candles or wrapping for the Lysol. Upon picking up the bag from my front door all I could hear was the distinct sound of broken glass. I immediately took the bag to my garage as I didn't want to risk having broken glass inside my house. When I opened the bag, I saw the candle jars were broken and the Lysol had leaked. There was glass and blue Lysol on the bathrugs and PJs. After cleaning up the mess, I chatted with a Walmart agent and explained what I received. The agent refunded me for the 4 broken candles and Lsyol, but asked that I return the stained rugs ans PJs to the store making this ordeal even more of a hassle. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I proceeded to have the remaining 2 candles canceled from my order since I didn't want to risk more broken candles at my door. Guess I'll stick to buying them in store or ordering from a different retailer who understands how glass items sbould be packaged.

    Dissatisfied with receiving broken sticky items
    This candle came wrapped in paper inside a zipped plastic bag inside a box with crushed paper and the candle jar was cracked and there were sticker residue all over it and it was a gift for my mother and took forever to arrive. Then arrives broken and messed- this was packaged broken and covered in partial stickers and residue and sent to me. There also is no place on the app to report or discuss receiving broken or ruined items.

    Awful
    Awful quality! These candles put off a lot of black smoke and soot! The wicks mushroomed out and even gave off hot embers! Terrible! Returned 10 of the 12 I bought and threw away the other 2 that I tried out. I only burned them for a few days and it turned both my air filters black. (New filter also shown) Nasty!
