A multifaceted fragrance.
Today I am reviewing a lovely new fragrance compliments of Marc Jacobs - the alluring “Perfect” eau de parfum. My generous sample arrived in the form of this beautiful, nude pink themed perfume card - complete with a 1.2 mL clear spray vial of the intoxicatingly delicious scent. The overall aesthetic of this perfume's presentation is that of a girl's college dorm room. You can see fun and whimsical drawings colored in with crayon sprinkled throughout the background. On the front, which is not pictured here, is a quick, loose stroke sketch of a hand holding up the iconically designed bottle. I love the whimsical colors at play with this perfume. The solution itself is a feminine pastel pink which compliments the powder blue of the chaotically decorated bow crowning the perfume's cap. There is a sort of “organized mess” approach to the bow's decorations, consisting of such oddball objects as a domino, half-peeled banana, a lonely pink shoe, and a silver star just from what I can see. A fun detail can be seen in the letter blocks tucked underneath this complexity - an M and J to match the initials of the fashion designer. This is marketed as an “unexpected” floral perfume, as the vibrant top notes of daffodil and succulent rhubarb lead into a silky smooth heart of almond milk. I adored the almond aspect of this fragrance as I sprayed it on my inner wrists, taking in the clashing yet harmonious notes of juicy floral with comforting milk. The fragrance is further softened with a smooth dry down of cedarwood and cashmeran. Like the olfactory expression of a youthful persona, this fragrance celebrates a multifaceted stream of inspiration that gives oneself permission not to choose just one pleasure, but to embrace a little bit of many. I forgot how much I enjoy yummy almond scented products. I will be sleeping in a milky floral heaven tonight!

Broken bottle !!!
The bottle came broke at the top. Half of the perfume was spilled. It sure if it came like that or the fed-ex person did it but either way it was not packaged securely. This is the first bottle of perfume that I ordered from here that came broken.

    Smell great but shipping issues.
    It smelled so good however the packaged and bottle was damaged. It leaked all over the box and the sprayer didnt work. The return process was great. I had no problems with getting my money back.

    pretty scent!
    i LOVE Marc Jacobs perfumes and have been using ‘daisy' for YEARS! i was gifted ‘perfect' for christmas and i was NOT disappointed at all! i was skeptical at first, but it is incredible! it smells very feminine and sweet and it settles in nicely on the skin! a little goes a long way! one of my favorite scents!

    This fragrance smells so amazing! It is youthful and fun but also sophisticated at the same time. I got the travel spray a few months ago and finally got the full size! This scent is a fruity floral but also has warm undertones of almond milk and cashmere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes fresh and light scents!

    Marc Jacobs Perfect
    Yeap this is perfect and currently my go-to fragrance. I just can't get enough of it. There are many cool fragrances out there, but this one just blends with my skin and my body scent just perfectly. It feels like it is part of me. I cannot explain this. You can smell the daffodils and the rhubarb once you spray it. These two give the fresh element to the fragrance. But I swear, I can feel the almond milk (middle note) and the musk/cashmeran (base notes) almost immediately. It is not overpowering and I feel the base and middle notes lingering for hours. I just love it.

    This perfume is sweet and it immediately reminded me of a jolly rancher. I consider anything sweet as a spring/summer scent. I would say this perfume would suit someone youthful such as a teenager.
