A really good home workout
I've been a fitness enthusiast for years. I've owned this bike for a month now, and have used it almost daily. This bike is perfect for my apartment. It has a wide range of resistance that easily adjusts for interval training. It's light weight (60 lbs) makes it easily movable and it takes up very little space. It's smooth action makes it a pleasure to ride. And I'm getting a really good workout on it in the comfort of my own home. I'm a very sweaty (ewe) but happy customer!

100%not satisfied.
This bike is wobbly. My son is 90 pounds and when he pedals the bottom bar rocks. The seat also wobbles. The frame has multiple dents and scrapes as well as what looks like dirt between the two pieces of the plastic body.

    Package arrived damaged. the recumbant bike was also damaged. We fixed it the best we could. Knowing it would probably happen again if reshipped. I think I should get a refund of some of the money. Looks very used and beat up. Here are a few pictures of the bike damage.

    Best recumbent for the price
    Took about 1 hour to set up.but worth the time .this recumbent is great for me and my husband. .Easy to adjust the tension as well as to adjust the seat. The only down fall i have about it is that you have to remove battery to reset .

    Doesn't meet ratings I read before purchase
    Took over 3 weeks to get here main unit is flimsy plastic and damaged didn't think would matter so continued to put together. Seat bracket was bent slightly. No screws to put monitor on. They are supposed to be in the back of monitor...just empty holes there. There was no damage to the box and contents were well packed. 2 hours putting together now don't know what to do...

    Belt not on correctly
    After getting the bike assembled, which was not as easy as other reviews state, there was a grinding noise. We took the bike completely apart and found the belt was not on correctly. It took FOREVER to get it back on. After fixing that there was an issue with the tension cable. After working on this bike for a while it is finally usable. The price is fair, but its not worth much money in my opinion. Spend a little more on a better bike. The overall look of it is good but it doesn't function properly.

    Be prepared to forge the bolts.
    This is probably the least assembled item I've ever seen. I almost threw the whole thing away after I finally opened the box. Give me a break. I want the corporate buyer to come put it together. They obviously didn't do their research and likely need a new job.

    Great product ONCE you get it put together
    All the pieces were present and in good condition. However when you get to the connecting of the computer and the other piece, the directions DO NOT tell you how to loosen the screw to make it fit. Luckily I found a great step by step video on YouTube. Very frustrating when directions skip a step. The product is great and pretty durable thus far. I use daily and ride 8-10 miles. The price was great and even better when the product actually does what it says. I also bought a rubber mat to go under. Definitely recommend. Im 48, with 2 herniated discs and bad knees and I love it! No issues for me

    Even nicer than I expected!
    This just came today and am thrilled with it! I don't really use the monitor, I compared it to my apple watch workout, and as another person said, I think the calories burned is way off. The time is pretty close. I love the quietness! I rode 30 minutes on level 2. No leg burn, but some bum pains! Seat and back are wonderful, no problems after 30 minutes on it. I love how I was able to roll it from the living room where I assembled it, into the bedroom where it will stay. I THINK I will be able to play Animal Crossing on my switch at the same time, to make the time go by faster. Either way....I AM EXERCISING!!
