I love these! They are beautiful.... I just expect the bag size would be more or bigger.. so I went to order more and the price almost double just two days later

Quality has gone downhill
Very disappointed with the latest shipment! These used to be smooth, oval, and white. Now they're bumpy, odd-shaped, and yellow. But not to worry, they're covered in a white powder that you have to wash off before you see the actual color. I bought these to paint, but I don't think they will work, because the surface is extremely rough. I guss they ran out of the pretty rocks.

    Not my rock
    Half of the rocks were larger than 3 inches more like 5 inches so not appropriate for intended use. But only if you can use such sizes otherwise half will be wasted.

    Nice and Smooth
    I got these for rock painting. I really like the smooth surface and the General shape of most of them. A few were bigger than the rest and Im sort of drawn to them more than the small ones so I might buy bigger size next time. These were good for starting out.

    Description is a bit off
    My first 'test' bag of this was great so I ordered 17 more bags. The sizes of the rocks in the 17 bags vary widely from an inch across to 5 x 3 inches, which are pretty good sized rocks. Most are much larger than 'small'. They got the job done, but didn't really match the description of the listing. The rocks in the attached image are all from the same bag. Most are in the larger size.

    Continued Sucess Using For Charitable Rock Painting
    I ordered the 20lb bag of these beach peebles and have been so happy with the quality of them. I am using them for rock painting and recently did some painted rocks for our local Humane Society fundraiser. They have beautiful shapes and a very smooth surface which works really well for painting and sealing on. I have attached rare earth magnets to some of the rock backs to make refrigerator magnets out of them. Super happy with the quality and will reorder again as soon as I paint my way out of my last bag!

    Beautiful Smooth and Round Stones for Painting On!
    I ordered these for rock painting and they are gorgeous! Beautiful light honey color and super smooth for painting on. Most are round or ball shaped so make great pallets for four sided art. Will reorder and LOVE Hayneedle $5 shipping!

    Gorgeous Creamy Smooth Round Rocks for Painting!

    Some pebbles are flat and some egg shaped.
