It's a mild compound that leaves the surface shiny. For black plastic shiny trim I use a rupes da polisher with a blue pad, then go over it with this and a white pad and flawless

    This product works wonders!
    Had some sort of rust colored specks all over my white car that somehow embedded itself into the clear coat. After numerous car washes with no luck, I took my car to a detailer who performed a spot test on the hood when I noticed that he was using this product. Needless to say the specks disappeared. Opposed to paying $100-$180 for a detail, I searched the web and ordered it. The Correction Compound is amazing! With a little elbow grease (maybe a lot) your car will be flawlessly showroom ready!
