Excellent purchase! My first treadmill. Very sturdy and quiet. It definitely does its job. I would definitely recommend it.

Don't buy!!! not worth
The basic function is not working. the belt doesn't move. I don't understand how motor needs to be replaced from new treadmill. it was very difficult to return due to its weight. the only positive point for this was easy assembling but not worth it if doesn't function in the end.

    We have had this treadmil for almost a year.. it has been great but all of a suden it wont work.. it shows a E7 does anyone know how to fix this error?

    Treadmill with some quirks
    I typically don't write reviews but when I was searching for a treadmill, I relied on reviews to help me make a decision. I purchased this treadmill five months ago and wanted to give a fair review of the product. This treadmill is worth it for the price and is super easy to assemble. It took about 7 minutes total to set up. It's about 98% assembled in the box and it came well packaged. It takes up very little space which is another plus. My kids have used the pre-programmed settings and they stated all the programs work as advertised. Now for the quirks......the speaker is mediocre at best but it's not a big deal since it's not used very often and the major quirk for me is that it does not decline! If you want a treadmill that has a flat walking surface, do not purchase this treadmill! I did not see in the description where this was advertised. I reached out to customer service through email and the number provided in the manual regarding this issue and was never contacted nor could I connect to a live person! This is the reason for the 2 star rating. I have a bad knee due to a car accident and have recurring flare ups which is why I initially wanted to return it but could not reach anyone. I do not own a vehicle big enough to return it to the store and it's pretty heavy to pick up on my own. I needed a treadmill that both my kids and I could use. It serves the needs of my kids but not mine. I'm highly disappointed.

    I purchased this treadmill about 2 weeks ago and received it in 3 days! Yes, box was beat up during shipping but no damage to treadmill. I'm no expert on treadmills, (middle-older female) I just wanted something to walk on to get in better shape. I'm really loving it so far! It's a lot quieter than I was expecting and it's very sturdy. A couple things to know: the emergency cord HAS to be attached to the yellow circle (magnetic) before you turn the treadmill on otherwise you'll get an error message I'm sure. Then there's the annoying start up beep which you'll get used to, maybe. I'm looking forward to working up to the first program but for now, I only walk 30 min at a time. It also has a music (speakers) option but I haven't figured out that part yet. And this treadmill is worth the purchase just because of the assembly! There is no assembly! You just unfold it and put in a few screws and you're ready to walk! I'm really glad I chose this for my first electric treadmill. Highly recommended!!! You'll be happy with it!

    should pack better
    Delivered by Fedex and the box has big hole on it. The first one it was make very noise,the belt was touching side. It took 2 weeks to get my replacement, the usb, speaker and input does not work and the hand rail is broken. The manual is very bad. I'm waiting to get it taken care.

    So Far, So Good!
    This is a pretty great treadmill for the price! Its more inexpensive compared to gym grade treadmills which is what I used at the gym, but still works very well! Easy to assemble and folds up nicely which is great since I dont have that big of a space and it saves room. Im 5 ft 3 and 135 lbs so its got enough space and leg room for me to walk, jog, and run. My iPhone doesnt hook up to the usb which is ok because I dont use that function but if you want to you can use the cord it came with and the iPhone converter port to convert the charger and hook up your phone and it plays music just fine like I tried! The settings are great, it goes up pretty high so I can even sprint if I wanted. It did come with some oil to oil it occasionally to keep it running smoothly and it does make a squeak sometimes when Im running fast but Im using it on carpet so it may be uneven which is causing the slight squeak but overall its pretty quiet and doesnt make any obnoxious loud noise. Id give this treadmill a solid 9/10 so far. Ive been using it for a month already about 5/7 days a week or more for about an hour a day and its been going pretty smoothly!

    Good value, sturdy and quiet
    The Merax 8030c treadmill is good value. It feels sturdy, yet weighs only 104 lbs, and is very quiet. There are no thermal issues with this 1200W motor - it never becomes hot to the touch. The handlebars are the right height for me (5'11" male) but might be a bit high for a woman. The 16" wide belt seems entirely adequate; two small cup holders are convenient; the LED display is nicely designed. The Mode button displays a workout based upon time, distance, or calories, but these cannot be modified: 15 minutes, 1.0 mile, 50 Cal. If you want a workout longer than 15 minutes, you cannot use the time Mode program. I find this annoying, because I manually increase speed every 3 minutes, and would prefer to see the elapsed time continuously displayed. Although distance appears to be in mile units, speed is most likely km/hr and cannot be altered. The heart rate feature is unreliable and not worth using. This is probably a durable treadmill, worth the modest premium in price, but I knock down the rating to 4 stars because of the issues discussed.

    It is exactly what I wanted at a good price.
    Well, I am impressed. Kph, Kph not Mph! FedEx delivered it to my garage floor this morning. It is heavy...103 lbs. After a very straight forward insertion of 10 screws it was ready to roll. It does roll with the track folded near upright but it is going to stay in my garage. Folding up the track is easy and lowering it is very well designed...kick the middle of the upright brace and it lowers slowly like the new toilet seats. Data on the display is useful. I am pretty old so I am just walking briskly for 5 min. I plan to work up to longer times.

    Love my treadmill!
    This treadmill is perfect! It only holds up to 200 lbs, so if you are a bit more muscular you may want to go industrial. The machine is very quiet, i just have a thin piece of carpeting under it and the neighbor downstairs cant hear it. It gives you the time you ran, distance, heart rate, and reminds you of your speed setting. It probably does more, but that was all i was looking for! Easy to assemble!!!! You can hook your phone or ipod up to it! More than i expected for what i paid! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to the delivery guy who carried it up 3 flights, i would have helped if you called me! Its a little heavy but good for stability.
