NOT A WISE BUY!!!
I received the product key card yesterday and attempted to load it to my new laptop, the message indicated that keycard had already been used, when I contacted the support line for assistance I was informed that this was a regular occurrence! if this is a normal problem with this product perhaps it shouldn't be sold?

    Terrible, does not work. Potentially fake key
    This is a terrible product. I received the access key code, however I get an error response saying the key is invalid. I was able to download the MS office files but they are read only. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, still does not work.

    Pros and cons
    The program was easier than easy to install. The only issue I encountered was when I wanted to pin Word on the task bar for a 1-click procedure. The office icon had the option, but the option to pin Word was about 3 levels down. I wish I didn't have to purchase a program for each device in the home, but it's especially disappointing that the program is not transferrable when upgrading a device.

    Received a used MS Office key card
    I ordered a key card for Microsoft Office Home and Student but when it arrived the bar code had already been scratched open and used. I wasted time and money returning this and ultimately paid more for the final product when I bought it from Microsoft directly.

    Office 2019 product arrived with invalid key code
    Although ordered through Walmart.com, I was surprised to see that the order was fulfilled by another vendor. The key code card arrived with the code already scratched off, and when I entered the code on the office.com website, the code was invalid. I have returned the product for a refund. I await their response. I was very disappointed.

    Unusable Software
    Completely DISSATISFIED. Had to return the product because the Seller could not activate the license key and so we could not install the software. We returned the license key as instructed and are awaiting issuance of a refund. We since purchased the same software from another source (not through Walmart) and were able to install it.
