    After a few days of using item, the screen went black and would not come back on. It was fully charged and did not reset until the next day. I ordered it in June 2021 and it is now May 2022 and have not received a refund after returning it in July 2021.

    So far, I love it. It arrived it good condition. Description say pen included, and it was not. Also, I paid for expedited shipping. Only to find out the day it was supposed to arrive, it wasn't even shipped out. Other than the two hiccups, not issues.
