I'm smart for buying this
The finish is pretty. The storage is handy. Easy to assemble. Awesome price! Very good quality! I needed something for walk in closet and this was much better quality and price than things I have bought at TJ or Homegoods. This was less than 40 bucks!

Damaged
The shoe rack with bench came damaged. It looks as if the wrapping foam was laid on the bench while the finishing was still wet. It has left an impression of the foam all around the bench. Plus, there are little holes all along the side, which look like staple holes, where the foam was. I tried to email the company at the address that was included in the packaging directions, but it is apparently not a valid email because it keeps getting returned to me. Waste of money.

The outer package had some bruises but luckily there was no damage to the parts. All parts were accounted for in the packaging. Tools needed for assembly are also provided. The rack that I ordered was labeled Millieroo on the app, but the product I received had Ollieroo branding on it. Other than that, the rack is as described. Quality is good, for less than 30 bucks, I really can't complain about the quality. I am actually quite pleased with the materials. I don't think it has the structural integrity to support a 250 lb person, but I (110 lb) can sit on it just fine. Also the top deck is heavy, so when the deck is opened more than 90 degrees, it kind of topples the whole rack. Assembly was simple and can easily be done by one person in about 15-20 minutes or less. The provided assembly instruction is not very good and I had to disassemble the whole thing after I realized that only one direction fits correctly with the top deck. Be careful about getting wood splinters, I got a few. Do I recommend this? For under 30 bucks, it is good and recommendable. But I would recommend to spend a little bit more and get a better rack.Shadid

I went with this bench over others because I thought the lid on top was a fantastic idea. I didn't have any issues with the assembly. Working by myself, it took about 25 minutes with no additional tools needed. I can finally make use of this awkward space in my breezeway and keep dog leashes and treats somewhere handy.Chelsi

Is a bit on the small side but it was my fault for not checking measurements. I will definitely recommend it for a tight small space.Arinay

I ended up using it in my home office to store printer paper, ink, notepads, etc. and it looks really good there, a lot better than the black plastic and particle board side table I used to have there. Very easy to assemble and feels pretty sturdy when i sat on it.whyisthisreallynecessary
