Product is great. The arrival not so much
All reams were torn open at time of pickup. Paper was bent on edges and outer wrapped looked almost shredded. Not the type of handling I'm used to with Walmart. It's a good thing that it was my husband that picked it up, because I would have refused it and demanded a refund! Terrible.

    Awful packaging, didn't even get to use product.
    Item arrived with corner of box crushed in and paper ream inside broken open with bent paper. Returned for a replacement. Apparently this is not a new problem, based on other customer reviews.
