Great Snacks and Gluten Free. Can be added to my bowl of different nuts and cracked pretzels. And easy to put a couple little bags in my purse to carry with me.

    As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find fruit snacks without gelatin. I'm also happy that they contain both simple and complex carbohydrates. I usually care a few packs in my backpack when I go out because I'm diabetic. If my sugar drops, these can help to raise it quickly because of the simple carbohydrates, but can help to keep it elevated so I don't have to rush off to eat something else right way, too, because of the complex carbohydrates.

    These are my kids favorite fruit snacks. With real fruit juice it's a great snack to give to my kids. The quantity is good for the price & the quality has been good. I would definitely recommend
