Great massager
This has been the best item I could buy. I have lots of back pain and struggle daily . I have been using this everyday after work and it helps tremendously. It has different tips to target specific areas and you can adjust frequency. It charges quickly and the battery doesnt die half way through your massage . It comes with a carry case which makes it portable and easy access. I love this gun

It came in a plain white box not logo or anything to tell what was inside. When I opened the package the massage gun and attachments were all loose inside the carrying case. None of the attachments nor the gun itself had any plastic around it to signify that it was new so immediate I thought it was either refurbished or used. When I contacted the seller the same day they asked me to send pictures which I did. Then they offered me $5 to keep it stating all of their products ship new and they “do not sell second-hand products”. Still sending it back without even trying it out. I'm very big on esthetics of things the item looks like I could need to Lysol wipe everything down before use.Chelysia

I originally got it to massage a certain muscle in the top of my foot but the pressure of the gun is too intense, so now I mainly use it for my legs. As soon as I got this massaging gun I used it and it actually worked the knots out. My legs are always hurting and it sure helped. I charged the battery for 6 hrs like it said. It's been lasting for 2 days now, using it everyday. The timer is really nice to have. The case is very nice and sturdy. I will be getting another one for my son.CJ

After i asked them why is it taking so long, the next day they replied and the following day it came.. the box or the bag that comes with it looks like it is not the right one, it is not the right shapes for all the tools. The rest is only at the ziplock plastic. But my husband like it. He uses it often as he needed. And also, they should put or print the one from this add regarding wht tool to use for specific body parts. Coz i had to go check in this add to see what tool. But it should come with it in the bag.
