Received a dirty damaged rug.
Pretty rug but product was delivered damaged and dirty. I waited weeks for the rug to be delivered and now am waiting weeks for a refund for a damaged rug. Also, had to call and am still not sure if I will receive my whole purchase price with shipping costs returned to me.

    I'm so happy I purchased this!!! It's absolutely beautiful and added so much “curb appeal” to my living area. This was the first decor piece I purchased for my new home and it did not disappoint! It looks and feels like such good quality, especially at this price point. I will definitely be buying more rugs from this collection for other rooms in my home. It came sooner than the estimated date and very well wrapped (Irongate in gray, 8x10). I highly recommend.

    Absolutely stunning!
    Such a rich looking rug. I purchased a rectangle rug for the foot of the bed and a matching running for the long bathroom vanity in the adjoining room.

    Nice color, as shown in the photo. Lays flat and is easy to clean. It is a low pile rug. Not plush, but perfect for entry or kitchen.

    Pretty rug if it wasn't stained when delivered.
    This rug came perfectly packaged! It's exactly as described and great except the rug was rolled up with dirt/dust in the rug so I used the vacuum hose to suck up the debris which still left a mark on the rug so I had to spit clean that area. It hasn't completely dried yet so I'm not sure if it completely came out. I also noticed another spot but it was brown in color and would not come out! I have attached a picture of that. I'm going to reach out to Walmart and see what can be done about this area.

    Received a damaged dirty rug
    The rug itself is nice. This is the second rug I purchased that was delivered to me filthy and damaged. It's really frustrating to pay over $300 and receive a stained and dirty rug. And to have it happen twice. They obviously have a problem with their shipping process.

    Late delivery but what made matters worse was that it was delivered damaged! Currently dealing with fedex to have them pick up the rug again and damage it out then ship it back. Walmart denied my request for a refund until they received the rug back!
