I am 95 years old and can't get it going---useless
I am not happy that I bought it because I have no one who can help me "set it up" ---can't even figure out how to do much of anything (I was able to make one call (to my home phone) Supposed to sign up for Google but don't know where ---Android, too (whatever that is)

    Better than expected
I am fairly happy with the phone some getting used to, and am still finding new features. It was hard setting it up and switching my contacts. And when I am texting or reading emails, the phone wants to get very warm almost hot to the touch. Otherwise I am pleased with it.

    Great for the price
Great for the price; my last phone was an Android 5...I'm pretty low tech so this phone is a treat. What I don't like: there's no speed dial list- you have to commit this to memory or just go through contacts [there is speed dial, though] and you can't have different notification bells for different notifications [email vs text, etc] Other than that I really like it.

    Disappointment
I do not like this phone at all I only gave it one store because I couldn't give it zero Stars. The phone freezes up on a regular basis. Screens will pop open that you don't even have open the keyboard will freeze up and disappear. I'll be using an app and it'll just shut down and disappear and then I'll have to reopen it. And these happened pretty much every day with this phone. I wish I had bought a different phone

    Really cheap
Phone sounds terrible. Very hard to hear distorted. Took out the SIM card for a second went to put it back in and the holder bent in half. Phone is completely useless and he's in the garbage.

    Nice phone and size.
I got this for an upgrade as my last phone was starting to have problems. This one is so much nicer with a bigger viewing screen. The features all work quite well. My husband sat down with it a couple of days and brought it to life. All files transferred and contacts. Viewing and hearing were tweaked to my satisfaction. Phone calls are clear as a bell. We found a really good glass screen cover and a hot pink cover for it and I love it. Fortunately my husband at 83 is good at technology of these things but realistically you would need someone to set it up if you are technology challenged. I didn't have a clue.

    Dont buy it.
The actual phone calls are not loud enough to hear on the highest setting. The speaker phone is a joke. With the speaker on and next to my ear and i still cant understand what is being said. The buttons for the keyboard are too small. Moving from one android to another should be a breeze. After two weeks of struggling, i bought a different brand.

    Challenging Transition
This was my first flat scrren phone as I had been using a Trac flip phone previously. I have finally mastered it three weeks later. It seemed more interested in getting me on Google and Facebook than actually using it for my true intention-making phone calls. I still have a bit of trouble with it with reception as it seems to fade in and out and I can hear others but they say it is hard to hear me at times. I hope this gets alleviated in time.

    Good Phone
Had to replace my old LG 8GB phone with this new K31 phone. So far so good but I can't understand why we have to have all those apps on the phone when one never uses them. I rather have a phone that I am in charge of what apps I want to download. These apps take space on my phone. That is one reason why my old phone needed to be replaced. It was an 8GB phone but with all those redundant apps it used up 7GB on my phone. Why can't the LG manufacturer make it simple for us older people who don't want all those apps.
