Works great!
It was a great purchase. I read many different reviews before making my decision. I live in 1200 SF condo, and this router covers strong signal in all areas of my house. The great price reflects the quality. I would repurchase it.

    avoid if you have spectrum
    did not work. every light was green, reset it, followed instructions. spectrum can't help because its not their router and dont want to be on phone across seas. using my old router again. returning tomorrow.

    Taking it going to get a different brand
    Do not recommend this couldn't get it to connect to my modem even the cable guy couldn't do it call customer service all they do just keep telling you do this try this very very disappointed customer service sucks

    Never gonna hits 1gbs
    the router works good but not enough for the price, basically u can get a better one in the Netgear web site, i got a 200mb in spectrum but it can't hit 80 in the faster one (5Ghrz) i think is the limit, but in general works fine that's it. u get what u paid

    My Netgear R6080 Router was a smart buy!
    I was not sure that I needed a new router, but I am glad that I got it. It not only solved the problem I was having getting my printer to connect via WiFi, but it also resulted in much better data transfer to my iphone. The installation was fast and easy, and the price and delivery were very good.

    I bought this router in anticipation of saving some money. When the internet company came to hook it up, this router did not work. Because I bought it so early, I can not return it.....do not buy this router.

    Good buy
    It was easy to set up, it is reliable and fast enough for my needs. The wifi password is printed on the bottom so I never have to worry if I forget it.

    crap
    It connected then stopped when I rebooted my spectrum modem. Now the power light just blinks. Called support they tried to sell me security software said I had 4000 breaches. I do not! Dont get any Nighthawks for Spectrum
