AMAZING
Never throught I would be so excited about a garbage can but ever since moving into a condo on the 33rd floor with no garbage chute, this has been a dream. Works beautifully, great size as it holds a lot and minimizes the amount of garbage runs needed in this household and isn't an eye sore. Definitely recommend!

The quality looks really good, however, the one they sent me was incomplete, since it did not bring the cover where the batteries go, so I had to return it and I am waiting for another one to be sent to me

    Creased can and no help from anyone
    Well the trash can came all creased in front. So I called the company like 9stars had asked to NOT return to store just call or email us. Well I called and no one answered in Customer service then called back to operator and that rang and rang and then disconnected me. Yes this was during West Coast hours. So I emailed them. It took 2 days to get an answer and that was to return it to store. Well it already had been over a week instead of delivering overnight like Walmart had stated it would be. The outside box was in perfect shape so it was put in box that way. So my trash can had fell apart so needed it in the over night time. So not happy with Nine stars or Walmart guess next time I'll order from Amazon as Walmart always does this to me. Just wanted 9 stars to send me a can to replace the bent one, not the top and everything just bottom can and I would have returned this bent one if they wanted.

    Poorly packaged and damaged
    The box it came in was barely packaged and the bin was loose in it. When I removed the bin I noticed it had a big dent in it that is very noticeable and I do not want to have to look at for such an expensive trash can.

    Nine Stars 13.2 Gallon Stainless Steel trash can
    I received my trash can last week and so far so good. When I read the reviews on this a few people stated that if they go near it the lid would open well that has not happened to me. I can stand in front of it and it won't open until I put my hand over top of it. I love this s trash can and it looks nice in my kitchen

    Exactly what I needed.
    Perfect for our space. Opens and closes properly. Bag tucks in nicely and doesn't show. Only thing is where we have to put it in the kitchen we have to walk right past it and it will open if I'm too close. Not really a product issue just my kitchen size.

    This is a decent product, but I am only 2 weeks in
    I love the appearance and easy of use. The sensor is very sensitive as it pops open when one of my children walk by it, but otherwise I am a big fan and would recommend this product to a fan. When I am cooking, I don't want to touch a can or try to kick the bottom to open the lid as I have 2 cans back to back for recycling. This product is perfect for just that reason.

    I've had this trash can for over a week now and so far it's been working like a charm. It's nice to have the trash lid open automatically when disposing the trash. It is wide enough to put large size objects such as a milk carton or similar size. The lid stays open till you move away from it which is cool or you can touch the open button to make it remain open then you touch the close button and it will go back to its auto open settings. I bought this when it was on sale for $49.99 now it's back to it original price of $69.99. I was surprise also how fast I got this 3 days and for a shipping price of $6 to $7. All in all very happy with this Trash Can and you will to if you buy it,but wait till it's on sale again.
