So far so good, good taste
I have started taking these about one week ago and I see an improvement. I just have the feeling that I go a little more often to the toilets, but I am not sure if it is due to these or to something else. So far, I am very satisfied, I feel calmer, more poised and I dont have my night cramps in my legs anymore. I will buy again.

Didn't notice a difference
Purchased this item from referral of a Dr. at Childrens Hospital to help my LO with GI issues. Supposedly it would help relax his digestive track and help him become more regular. I didn't not notice a difference after 4mths of using this product. I took some my self to see if it helped me relax or rest better at night but again I didn't see any difference. The flavor is pleasant.

    Haven't noticed a definite change from anyone in the family taking these but hasn't been long enough to know for sure yet. One thing I'm not thrilled with is the texture and taste of these. It's quite different, but a couple family members enjoy this more than the type you have to mix in water so that's a plus.

    I purchased the gummies because I do not always like to sip something before bed. These work fine and I only take 2 as I am more slender. They help with leg cramps and help mellow me to sleep

    The flavor is nice but they have very little magnesium. I need to take 4 gummies per day so this bottle is for only 2 weeks. Not worth the price.

    didn't work on my big kiddo with ASD
    worked on me but not on intended 25 yr old special kiddo with covid anxiety. she likes the flavor of course but barely made a dent. same went with sleep one. I have better luck with essential oils just wanted to try something different.

    Gummies vs powder? Powder wins for me.
    The gummies work well - I sleep like a baby. But they stick together and can be difficult to separate; there's a powdery coating that doesn't coat well, and the flavor isn't as good. I might go back to the powder. I prefer this form, but the powder tastes so much better.

    I loved the taste
    I loved the taste and easy grab of the gummies. I believe from my experience that the powdered form helps with digestion much more. The powdered form is easier to digest but the taste is not very good.
