Problem with shelf life
After 2 months of taking these I noticed the ones left in the bottom had black specs on them. This was not kept in the heat or light but in an air conditioned house in a cabinet where I keep all my vitamins.

    As a product is excellent.
    I like that the product is Time Release and are capsules easy to swallow. I dislike that it was out of stock few months ago and I had to buy other brand.

    Nature's Bounty time release Vit C is wise purchas
    Nature's Bounty Vitamin C Time Release Capsules, 500 Mg, is best for your stomach and bowels. Vit C can cause diarrhoea, but the time release is safer. So far no bowel problems and I will continue to purchase this.
